Highly unsatisfied as always trying to eat at a Tubbys. This is a food establishment that has a dine in eating area. Employee's and businesses with dine in areas should not be able to deny restrooms period.

We always order before we go but the front door is always locked so it’s drive thru only. If you get there & there is someone ahead of you that gets in the drive thru first & orders at the drive thru window then you are SCREWED because now your food is getting cold sitting on the counter ready to go while you are behind 1 or 2 people who are waiting to get their food cooked & given to them. The girls are really nice & will kindly ask the driver they are making the food for to pull around if your food is ready but the guy that works there refuses to do so. He will just have you waiting there in line & go home to eat your cold food. This is the main thing that drives me nuts about this place but the other thing is instead of melting the cheese onto the meat for a steak & cheese sub they melt the cheese onto the bread & it seeps into the bread after melted so it never seems like there is actually cheese on your steak even after ordering extra cheese hoping that would make a difference. For Gods sake please melt the cheese onto the meat especially for a steak & cheese! I refuse to eat here anymore but I will still go to get my husband his sub. Just wish they’d think about the people that ordered ahead & be kind to them because we are customers spending money at your business also. I will say they are nice people to deal with otherwise. Edit: there will never be sauce on your steak & cheese or even cheese for that matter so make sure if you eat here you order extra cheese & extra sauce on the side because apparently they are really skimpy on the sauce. I’m wondering if they have just given up on caring about their customers because they’re already so rich they really don’t care at this point.

I used coupons I got 2 steak n cheese 2 tubbys famous 1 large fry hadn't eaten all day had to feed my 83 year old mother n my sons no tubbys sauce on anything ARE U KIDDING ME!!!!!!! 4 PIECES OF LETTUCE ON EACH SANDWICH 2 PIECES OF TOMATOE THEY WERE DRY WENT BACK UP THERE THEY WERE CLOSED IT WAS A LONG HOT DAY AND THIS MADE IT WORSE N COST 50 DOLLARS WITH COUPON VERY UPSET ILL CALL TOMMORROW AND TELL THEM HOW CAN YOU FORGET THE TUBBYS SAUCE !!!!!!!!! DOORS WERE LOCKED AT 8:00 I STOOD THERE THEY WOULDNT LET ME IN VERY UPSETTING NO ONE'S HAPPY WITH DINNER TONIGHT FROWNS N FIGHTS

Asked for a Philly steak and cheese. They gave me a cold sandwich no cheese. The bread was cold. No tubby sauce. I’m sure they gave me sitting sandwich. I would not be going back to them.

smaller, but more expensive since my last review 5 years ago. almost 40$ for two sandwiches, and 2 sides. no drinks. nothing special! Tubby's has always been on the higher side... the price is ridiculous now. was good as always, but this be may be my last visit to a Tubbys at any location. there are now better sandwich shops that as good or better, same price or lower.
