Order from 3/21/25. Ordered grilled lrg famous jumbo & seasoned fries. The subs were absolutely perfectly made!! Meat wasn't burnt or charred. Bread was fresh. Perfect amount of tubby dressing. The fries were fresh. Not burnt, overcooked, or old grease taste. Whoever was working btw 10:30-11:15, kudos!!

Worst Tubby’s I’ve ever had: really dropped the ball on a typically great product. I live 1.4 miles away. I DoorDashed this garbage. It was cold. It was not jumbo. And they gave no ranch w/ the mushrooms. Like, a55clowns, even if DoorDash’s site doesn’t have an option for dipping sauce, you know damn well ranch comes w/ mushrooms or poppers et cetra. Take a look at that so-called “jumbo” sub.

I hate writing these lately because I feel like people are just so miserable with their own lives, they take it out on the customers. Whoever the person was who was taking orders at this establishment on 10/2/24 at 730ish pm, does not need to be anywhere near anyone much less disrespecting anyone ordering food. This is a sad situation because my family LOVES Tubbys and has for at least 30years that I lived here, this woman SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED NEAR A SPEAKER THAT DOESN'T WORK WELL, TRYING TO TAKE SOMEONES ORDER!! And I heard her talk crazy to the ppl behind me too, NEVER AGAIN MISERABLE WOMAN WORKING AT TUBBYS YOU WONT GET THAT CHANCE AGAIN...

I literally walked from the car shop which is across the street of Tubby’s to go get 2 fountain drinks. The worker said “it’s only drive thru, you have to have a vehicle in order for you to place an order”. I don’t know who made these stupid rules, but I will never come here again..I rather spend my money somewhere else and better service.
