Worst experience ever at a so called fastfood restaurant. Waited 30 minutes for a sandwich never got it. Asked for a refund and was told they can’t refund mobile orders. Save yourself a lot of time and don’t go there. Incompetent owners and employees.

My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 11:10am but was apparently given to the wrong customer. It had to be remade and I didn't receive it until 11:30am. I was on my lunch break from work so this was a bit problematic, but I understand accidents happen. The bigger issue was that the manager was extremely loud and unprofessional in reprimanding the employee who was apparently responsible. It made myself and everyone in the restaurant (4 other customers) extremely uncomfortable, to the point that we actually felt bad for the guy. The following customer in line had an issue with a previous order, and I couldn't help but overhear the conversation between him and the manager as I waited for my sandwich to be remade. He had ordered a plain hamburger and received cheese on it. Apparently, he couldn't eat cheese because of a dietary issue. He was very calm in addressing the situation with the manager but unfortunately she wouldn't take any responsibility, and was frankly very rude to the elderly man. She couldn't look him in the eye because she was apparently also on the drive thru headset simultaneously, she told the man that a plain burger DOES include cheese at this location, she said that the employee that helped him should have asked if he wanted cheese because she always asks, and was very defensive throughout the whole conversation. I don't know what the final resolution was as my coworker and I finally received our food and left. In the time she spent going back and forth with the man, she could have easily just apologized and resolved the problem instead of making him feel like the situation was his fault. I got back to work (less than a mile away) and my Dave's Double was cold, dripping with condiments, and the bun was kind of stale. My coworker agreed that her sandwich was also not up to par. The whole situation was pretty bizarre and off-putting, but my biggest negative takeaway was the poor management I witnessed throughout my entire visit.

Absolutely disgusting and vulgar service, food and atmosphere, received my food, and was completely disgusted, the food was cold not properly put together rushed and just completely disgusting, the bread of my burger was hard and just seen old and nothing fresh. It tasted disgusting. The bacon was disgusting. The onions and tomatoes were slimy. The burger itself was dry. The cheese was just disgusting and disgusting.

Wendy's is normally good during the day but don't go at night. They won't give you napkins, plasticware or straws unless you ask. Plus the guy on the window slammed it shut becz I asked for the missing items.

Food was wrong and cold even when they replaced the burger next day it was not great. Said they don't take the coupon on my phone for the new $2 Dave's double coupon they have been advertising. This restaurant doesn't cut it. I now use the one on schoehner and Hall Road. Food better actually hot and fast.

Burger was cold and dry ,bun was cold like it just came out of a refrigerator. My grandsons nugget meal was cold. We ordered and ate in. Tried to use the app to add to loyalty but it would not work in the store.

The service at this Wendy’s is so slow! Waited 50 minutes and didn’t even get all of our food! We kept on waiting for one of our sides of fries and a chicken Caesar salad but never got them. We then decided to leave and go somewhere else! Would not recommend going here unless you feel like waiting forever and then only getting half of what you ordered!

I try this Wendy's once every couple of months to see if they have their act together yet. Nope, drive thru service is atrocious. 8pm... There was one car ahead of me. After placing my order and I finally got to the window, it took 10 min to give me my one sandwich and fries. Total time from drive up to leave...20 min! Only two customers there! Never again. This location doesn't deserve to be in business.
