I come here often but today's visit was just horrible. I recieved the wrong pop, no sauce for nuggets, cold burger, no pecans for the salad, frostys were thawed. Just a horrible experience. I've submitted a complaint through the app. Lets see how they respond!

I just came through the drive-thru order five biggie bags 4 Dr pepper one Sprite and a 6-piece nugget upon getting home I only got my five biggie bags three Dr peppers and two sprites I've called the store four times nobody is answering this is very unacceptable how they treat their customers definitely be going to a different Wendy's from now on don't care if it's out of my way I have worked with the company

Got the worst chicken nuggets(taste like old grease) French fries taste old and the frosty was like chocolate milk(not even frozen) This was a waste of 15.00!!!! Won't be back!!!!

The absolute WORST Wendy’s I’ve been to. Will NEVER come back. They didn’t even get my order right. Over charged me for something I didn’t order. When asked for a receipt the worker conveniently ran out of paper. She had a big problem apparently doing her job. She sucked.! SAVE YOU’RE MONEY.! DON’T COME HERE.! Definitely go elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend NO fast food spots on Hoover. Just terrible.

I ordered a #1 without mayo I repeated it 2 and they still put mayo on it now I am in emergency I am allergic to mayo. They will never get any more business from me

Everytime i have gone here the staff gets worse and worse. They have became EXTREMELY rude and do not care to give the correct orders out. I just left here and and ordered two meals with ranch sauce and clarified when she asked if i wanted barbecue sauce and i made sure i said two orders with ranch, when i came to the window she almost charged me for 3 meals before i caught and when i left her know i only ordered two meals she was extremely rude and did not even have anything to say back. also, when i went in to go get my ranch and exchanged the barbecue sauce the man just grabbed the barbecue sauce and then threw the ranch on the counter.this isn’t the only bad experience i’ve had here lately and i’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because I loved going to this location but as time goes by the staff has became extremely disappointing.
