They never get the order right if you change elements of the meal nor do they care. I love the spicy chicken sandwich and if i add extra lettuces or tomato, this store never read it. Spicy chicken has premius buns, but this store will put the regular torn buns. Today i ordered one spicey chicken, and one ghost pepper ranch spicy chicken sandwich. In the first sandwich l, they did not add my extra lettuce and tomato, in the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich, they did not add ranch and crispy onion. Pure waste of my money. The checken petty tasted like cooked long ago. On the other hand, if i go to the thirteen and van dyke wendy's store, everything tastes 10 times better.

The line was ridiculous waited for over 30 minutes to order food then they gave us the wrong food so had to wait even longer for the right food the wait is always ridiculous or now my favorite is they never have any food or drinks..I have come here at least 4 days this week and every day they don't have baked potatoes chicken or 99% of the drinks on the menu why even stay open if you dont have half the food or drinks or the menu and the staff is rude won't be coming back will take my money and business else they really should just close this wendys down.

20 of 32 options on the soda machine were out, including coke and sprite. Most food came out cold. Bathroom was dirty, outside of the building was disgusting also.

I pulled up to the drive thru and didn't even get a hello. I just got " We ain't got no pop, and no potatoes". Seriously? Sorry, but the service wasn't good, food was cold. So I guess that fast food being served cold, is truly worth the employees getting $15hr. ???? ?

If I could I would give you zero Stars, every time my boyfriend and I go there we have to stand there and wait what is like a lot of employees there waiting on drive through instead. Plus the food's not even hot when it comes out. ? Sorry to say but you've lost your touch.
Order 2 bacon double stack biggie bags, got everything in it, besides the BACON. Also out of a lot of things.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an app order, waited half an hour for my food, and it was sitting on a shelf off to the side next to the drive thru. There were eight employees, and maybe three of them were actually working hard. There were five other customers in the store having the same experience as me. None of the employees seemed to care about anything. The pop machine was totally broke. When I brought it up to the manager's attention, all she said was it's been like that for a while. I'll NEVER go back!
