I did a mobile order for a baked potato. Came in about 15 min. Someone else wanted a baked potato so I placed another mobile order and waited a few minutes and got back in line and let them know I had to order for pick up. It could have maybe they needed more time to complete the order but I get to the window she tells me they don’t have the potato I said OK so what can I do to cancel it? She tells me she doesn’t know And it was just no customer service at all. In the moment with the woman with the pinkish hair. Even though I just picked up a potato 6-7 mins ago now you don’t have any, ok. The tone could have been nicer I just said ok and drove away

I used to love coming here on I believe Joe?s shift I haven’t seen him in a long time.. anyways I always ask for my order cooked fresh and it seems like every time I ask practically beg because I say it multiple times and they still DONT DO IT. then I’ll wait the 8-10 minutes and the extra items I paid for wouldn’t be on the sandwich. I know you guys don’t care much and you’re just at work but it’ll be nice to just listen to the customer because that’s what you sign up for in customer service.. idk I just think that’s rude and disrespectful that’s like giving someone who said no salt, salt. no tomatoes. Tomatoes… like just inconveniencing people as if these ingredients are coming out of your pockets personally.

I just left there. I was scared to eat the food because of the nasty attitude on the girl in the drive thru. All I said was ma'am I don't have any sauce for my 10 piece. She said yes you do...I tried to show her the bag to show her it's no sauce in the bag she closed the window as she is cursing me out for no reason. I have no reason to lie about bbq sauce at Wendy's. 0 stars giving...I'm pretty sure this establishment do care but I won't be back to this location. Poor service

You know that old saying if you have nothing to say don't say anything at all but I do have something to say. This place needs to pay a little bit better attemtion to details. I drove out of my way to go to this Wendy's cuz usually I get a pretty good meal with good service but today they screwed my order up big time I had to go back in to grab the sandwich that they already gave me that I thought they didn't give me which actually end up with two chicken sandwiches and a burger instead of two burgers and a chicken sandwich, but whatever it is what it is. They didn't give me any sweet and sour sauce for either of my nuggets two different bags no sauces no napkins. Maybe the wrong order? I don't know
