This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is slapped together carelessly, with missing basics like napkins and a straw. My order of garlic parm nuggets didn't have a secure top (might be a packaging flaw) but now I got garlic parm grease sauce to scrub off my leather seats.

Horrible. Stopped in after work. I ordered 2 7$ biggie bags. I live 5 mins away. Got home fries cold and I only have one burger. So I go back around to the drive thru window everyone acting like they can't hear me yelling. I hear a bunch of talking laughing and profanity. Finally what looks like the manager comes to assist. I wait again for my order just for her to give the 2 burgers, 2 nuggets and 1 fry. Everyone there must be slow. It's not that difficult. I will never spend a dime here. They just can't get it right. A bunch of dummies. Who is running this place need to be let go too

Is Wendy's are running some sort of time scan they have you pull up to the window and reverse this in particular location had me pull up in the back up and I waited for almost 6 minutes and they never took my card or brought me my food so I drove off

This is not the first time they screwed up my order. They gave me spicy nuggets while I ordered the normal ones. Cold fries, not a fresh burger. While on top of that, the floors are sticky and the bathrooms are dirty. It’s just lazy workers

Terrible location. They're unable to scan the app at the drive through. The supervisor was rude when I asked her could I still get my sandwich for 3$ dollars because that's what the app advertised. She belittled me, slammed the window closed and proceeded to take the next customer.. Not sure how it's my fault that their machine is down. I've been to other Wendys who had no problem inputting and adjusting the price of an item when their scanner didn't work. She was lazy and refused to do it. She told me not all wendy's are the same. ?.. She was just stupid.

Ordered 10 piece.nugget meal with mountain dew and a spicy chicken Sandwich combo with reg lemonade. All the food was cold. Was $21.37 no receipt was given. Will never stop here again. This location will definitely turn a person off from Wendy's. Ordered was in line 25 minutes.

See this why I don’t get fast food in the inner city. I just bought some breakfast, they give me an old sandwich that’s been sitting for too long. bacon is rubber, cheese looks old. Then the heavy set lady with the nails has the nerve to have an attitude. Where is the people that take pride in their work no matter how much they getting paid. Never going there again.
