This is my first visit and it was taking a little longer with my order but before I could ask an employee came to tell me a machine malfunction and he gave me extra dessert for my wait. I was sooo satisfied with his customer service and energy at 3am. Restaurants need more like these employees??I drove away smiling and that's awesome
Shout out to the Vandyke white castle location. Awesome burgers with Extra Everything extra extra sauce. Amazing best burgers *5 stars for the burger. I’ve had in a long time!! I don’t make it out to this location that often but I sure do miss it! Inside is clean, but looks a little worn and tired. I did wait a while being the only person at the counter to place my order. Yes, the drive-through line was fairly long, but I was the only one in there ordering food at the time . I think I’ll go out of my way on occasion when I get the crave.LOL

The food was perfect here, everything was great despite me having a rather large purchase. I ordered a cheeseburger crave case, chicken rings, the siracha shrimp, cheese sticks & fish sliders. All condiments included, napkins, the kids were happy ?
The manager Prez went out of his way to make sure our order was great! The staff here is really amazing. We stopped here after work and everyone deserves a promotion. They fixed our order. Every employee was awesome. Thank you Prez! The service here is ?

I waited in a long drive thru line just to get some old,reheated,undercooked, overpriced chicken and fish sandwiches. I believe it was the undercooked fish that made me queasy the rest of the night after consuming what I did. The chicken sandwiches had an old, reheated taste and to almost $17 for 4 sandwiches was ridiculous.
