Since the drive thru isnt a human any more my order was incorrect and then they refused to fix it instead putting condiments in the bag. While my wife asked if I wanted mozzarella sticks it added them and closed out our order telling us to pull ahead. Again, no correction offered just that it was our fault for not knowing how ti phrase what we want to a computer instead of a human. Such a disappointing change.

I always receive prompt friendly service and 🔥 food from this location. I travel 4 miles even though one is closer to my home. The nice lady suggested I download the app and I'm so glad I did ..I appreciate the effort and kindness the TEAM puts in eveytime I visit. Thank you !! 😊

Got 6 sliders of different kinds and cheese sticks all for $12! And with their AI ordering assistant, my sack was filled perfectly with what I crave. The humans I interacted with were great too.

The young man that was in there last night he was Great with his customer service food was fresh and hot order was right he gave me his name I want too make sure he gets his recognition because I'm a senior citizen and My Sister is and we was very Satisfied I can't even say his name he was there at 11:10 tall with locs Very Nice and Respectful

If I could this place wouldn’t got one Star it should be a no stars I been here twice and this White castle restaurant food is nasty and disgusting. It’s never fresh they bread hard meat not fresh don’t go there horrible
