AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
I just left at 6:28pm on 02/11/25 I was having such a hard time at the speaker so I drove around to the window. I would have gotten out but my foot is fractured. The young man with dreads saw me he looked right at me then kept walking so I drove to the next window and no one ever came to see what was wrong. He wasn't there alone it looked like another young lady was there and they looked like they were caking with each other instead of doing their jobs.

We enjoyed sliders with fries. Our server was friendly and nice. Our food was hot and good. The atmosphere was festive.
They have replaced employees with Artificial Intelligence software. I'm not ordering my lunch from a computer.

I never come back to to any white castle again. For what purpose do they have that they need to collect a sample of of my voice at the drive thru menu. I have to accept the terms just for them to take my order? This AI stuff is getting way out of control
