My wife and I were completely ignored for about 20 minutes by all of the staff while waiting at the counter to place our order! We were patient at 1st until it became clear that no one was in any rush to greet us nor acknowledge that we had been standing there. My wife and I repeatedly asked if anyone was going to take our order but received no response from anyone. She then raised her voice loudly and finally got the attention of the server standing just a few feet away behind the glass and asked to speak to a manager. The server called out to whoever the manager was, but he or she never came to the counter. The restaurant was busy and that is totally understandable, our issue is NO ONE SAID ANYTHING to us to at least acknowledge us and to let us know someone would be available to take our order eventually but to be completely ignored is unacceptable. We left the location and went to another restaurant. I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and customer service that appears to be the new standard at that location during the late evening shift.

After not having a White Castle near me for the better part of three years, this location did not disappoint my expectations. I ordered a crave case, which was clearly just made. (I proceeded too eat far to many in one sitting, but it was worth it.)

-Yelling over the intercom at other people-Rude when asking for order-Left waiting for 15+ minutes while the employees looked to be standing around/arguing with each other. Were moving super slowly and didn't seem to care that we were waiting. Usually don't have a problem with this location but Itll be a long time before I come back. People don't know how to act at a job.
