Today was BOGO for wings. I told everyone i knew, super excited all day. I leave work, and every single Wing Snob in the Warren Michigan area tells me they're either out of chicken, or they wont pick up the phone, or they shut down their website. Next time you wanna turn me into an advertisement for your company when you lie about a BOGO deal, at least let me put on lipstick first. Made me look like an idiot for wanting free wings. This was the Madison Heights location (Website down). Sterling Heights location (Out of Chicken). Clinton Township (Refuse to pick up the phone).

The worst chicken sandwich I've ever had! It was supposed to be a boom boom chicken sandwich, the Onion ring was about an inch in. Diameter and the chicken was a quarter of an inch, thick and burnt! Don't go to the roseville, store, it's awful

Messed up my whole order then one of them proceeded to touch my food with no gloves on to say there was sauce on the wings when they were DRY and the other ones were soggy and had ketchup smelling crap on it and still after touching my food with BARE HANDS wouldn’t give me a refund for messing up my order or touching my damn food. I just wasted almost $40 for soggy wings and dry wings and when I first called them a woman spoke and she was extremely pushy and rude on the phone and being impatient. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant and I never complain about anything but this place is wild for doing what they did!

Terrible experience with the Rochester Hills location on three separate occasions. Refused to discuss my concerns with me about how they messed up my order. Interestingly, their receipt says to call them if there are issues with my order.
