Wingstop has exceptional variety along with fair prices and extremely tasty food. I especially loved their fries which are both salty and surprisingly sweet! We came in on a Friday for lunch and ordered live so it took about 20 minutes to get our food because only 2 people were working and handling a lot of carry out orders.

Ordered my food online on the app and after 30 minutes still wasn’t ready. Finally got my food and it’s over cooked and dry. Had a hard time biting the corn. Also, I don’t like the fact that they put the corn in bowls instead of the black containers like the other locations. When trying to pick up 3 bowls of 10 the corns are falling out of the bowl.

Ordered delivery, I ordered 20 pieces of chicken, I was delivered 19. I called to let the manager that I had a missing piece, he told me he put 20 in there, so basically called me a liar. I paid for the chicken, tax, delivery,tip and that how I was handled by the Manager! Never apologized nor offered replacement.

Never come to this Wingstop! The employees are extremely rude! Every time I order from here they forget something. Usually we pick up and catch it, but this time I had to order doordash because my family is not feeling well. Once again, they forgot one of our orders of wings! I drove up thinking this was going to be a quick exchange! The lady behind the counter looked at me several times before asking me “How are you doing?” Not the customary, how can I help you!! I said, I ordered Doordash and you forgot an order of wings. She didn’t say anything just started looking thru receipts! I let her know I had the order right here on my phone! She completely ignored me and continued looking. Finally she walked over to see my phone order, checked it out, walked away again and continued looking thru receipts as if I was lying! Yes, this is exactly what I want to do! Lie about my missing items! Come on! It took me 25mins to get my missing item! Terrible service, even worse customer service! Find employees that need and want to work!

Although the food and service is great here; DO NOT order any of your food through their online order system.

I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings piece set, which was originally displayed as $7 on their menu; which then changed to ~$8 in my cart. (Makes sense due to local tax) THEN, changed to $10.99 when it clicked "Checkout" and they were asking me enter my payment information. There was no "notice" of additional charges, taxes, etc. Only the normal local tax. (See attached screenshots)

Every single item I added to my order had this additional "charge" added to it ONLY in the payment screen... This feels extremely predatory and screams "SCAM" to me which I'll be taking to the B.B.B.

If you do feel like eating here, (The food is good) PLEASE only order while in their store. That way, you won't get BS pricing.

I was lured into my first time eating at a wingstop because of a promotion. I ordered online and was told my order would be between 5:57 and 6:02. I walked in the front doors at 5:55 in case they were running ahead of schedule, which can be the case sometimes and I didn't want my food to get cold. I noticed the entire back of the store did not seem to be lit, chairs and tables strewn about, with straw wrappers and various containers all over the counters and tables. After waiting a few minutes to be greeted by a young employee who seemed to be whispering for some reason, I was told my order would be ready in a couple of minutes. Boy was that wrong. 6:02 quickly passed, and by the time it was 6:10, I went up to the front and waited for a few minutes for the cashier to make her way to the front again so I could ask for my drink. She obliged and I again confirmed that they did have my order and I was at the right location, again being told it would only be a couple minutes. 6:20 rolls around and customers, some not yet greeted, had begun piling up. Although I don't mind waiting a little bit, I was nervous how long it could possibly take to fry up some chicken strips and fries, considering I placed my order at 5:41. By the time 6:30 rolls around, the young employee finally calls my name and tosses me my bag. Just before she could scurry away to who knows where, I got her attention so I could speak with a manager. The "manager" walks up to me and says "what." "Hey, I was just wondering if there was anything you could do for me because I've been waiting in your lobby for over a half hour." He looks me dead in the eyes, and says, "Everyone else is waiting too." Befuddled, I agree since that is a factual statement, but has nothing to do with my current concern. He continues, "We only have 3 people here obviously its going to take some time." Unfortunately, he just barely miscounted that one, in clear view were 4 employees so I couldn't give him points for another unrelated factual statement, but I wasn't surprised by that. Since I could tell he was not interested in any sort of customer service I replied, "Mhm certainly looks that way, so can I just get my receipt please?" "No." "So you're refusing to give me the receipt that you are holding in your hand for the food that I just paid for?" "Yes." Turns out that was a very calculated move on his end, since I cannot submit the customer survey wingstop sent me in MY email for MY order without PROOF of the receipt. Very interesting. I left the store around 6:40, an hour after placing my order, with an unfortunate opinion of the restaurant without ever having eaten their food. Maybe it was just that specific location, but unless something is done, I will probably never be able to go back to a wingstop again after that.

Ordered food @4:04pm food did not arrive until 4:37pm In all Fairless I did ask for the food well done .The food was great customer service was excellent **Thank you to the gentleman that worked there that offered to dispose of my tray. He did go over & beyond. The bathroom did need attention.I had to ask for a tissue.which the young lady did bring to me.while i waited at the front counter.I appreciate her giving the tissue to me.But thats not my position as a customer to put tissue in the restroom Which by the way needed attention...I also asked for ranch which was not in my bag .however once I went back to the counter the ladt happily replaced it .. overall the experience was pleasant food was great.

From our understanding a late night manager named Sam. Informs customers that they only serve boneless wings after 11. Upon doing a video for a YouTube and TikTok reviewer. We were told we won’t be served, based off of only serving boneless wings after 11. From a company that is known for WINGS!!! Check back in January or February for the video of the interaction.
