Pay some extra money get more workers or better workers. The girl can't even talk She can't even speak up

I placed an online order at the location on Hoover Road in Warren, MI at 7:45 and did not receive my order until almost 9. When I got home my garlic Parmesan wing was horrible. Was drowned in butter sauce. My food was cold. I would not recommend anyone to go there. The staff was not friendly at all.

Great experience there, staff was super kind, and funny people, they were pretty slammed but still only took 10 minutes more on my order time, and took care of me for the wait, seems like a great environment in there, and food was perfect.

Get it together why leave so much oil on the chicken to the point the oil is taking the flavor yall need re training

The manager on site today 12/17 (incident starts at 4pm) will blame poor quality of food and rules on "corporate".
I got 2 fries and 20pc of chicken and was only allowed to have 6 tiny packets of ketchup. Couldn't even hand over 2 or 3 more. I guess corporate is watching for ketchup thiefs.
If I didn't pay cash I would have declined the charge from my bank.
I'll be back and I'll make sure to make this ketchup issue a problem everytime.

Terrible place of business asked for a couple extra ketchup was told there not allows to had out extra because of food cost white lady with black hair extremely rude behind the counter I would recommend staying away from this location
I love wing stop, but this location is certainly not it. Placed my order at 9:30 online went to pick it up at 9:50, they informed me it wasn’t ready and would take a few more minutes. I didn’t receive my food until 10:14, almost a hour after placing it on the website! I checked my bag at the restaurant and the fries were COLD ! I asked for fresh hot fries and they said okay it’ll be 5-10 minutes, never said sorry for the wait or anything ! The point of placing an order ahead of time is for it to be ready, not have to wait at the restaurant an additional 15-30 minutes! The Hoover location needs to do better

Very upset. This location has the worst service out of any restaurant I've been too. Ordered food at 11:15pm online. Paid. Order received. Show up to pick up the food at 11:40pm, dont close until 12am. Place is completely shutdown. Ignored as I walk in. Have to wave the employee in the face for her to acknowledge my presence. Then proceed to tell me they don't have an order for me, that their system stops taking orders after 11:30pm. I ordered at 11:15pm.
This is the worse food ever chicken is cold there's no sauce at all on it it's dry just horrible

I order 20 piece boneless on line food was very hard like it was old and gotten reheated or simply just burnt it if you guys knew it was hard why serve it. I wasn’t in the store you guys had plenty time to do it right before I arrived
This place is very unprofessional. i’ve had two occasions in 1 week where they’ve just been awful.. i called around 10pm to place a order since i only had cash (no card to place online) they told me i had to go online to place a order and said they stop taking over the phone orders at 10.. i went into the store to place my order and they told me to my face online only.. why couldn’t they said they were only accepting online orders instead of making it seem like they weren’t doing call ins. it can’t be a company thing because the wingstop on dequindre took my order over the phone and it was past 10. the second occasion was i door dashed some food. i got the 6 pc wing combo but received 20 boneless with voodoo fries and normal fries. to my knowledge this location keeps orders behind the counter and gives it to the dasher so this was simply their mistake. this location is ran by a bunch of lazy people, there’s always workers sitting in the dining area and they seem to make their own rules based on how they feel during that time. with that type of work ethic they won’t get very far from behind that counter they stand behind on a daily. if you’re not going to do your job right and just be lazy u might aswell not even have a job. you’re doing nothing but inconveniencing other peoples lives who are trying to eat.
