I ordered boneless wings on DoorDash and Wingstop gave meat on the bone called up to the restaurant spoke with DeAndre and was very rude very messed up attitude. I just want my order fixed and he said he can’t give off free food but they messed my order up even offer for me to bring the food back so they could fix what they messed up he said he was a general manager. I don’t understand how he’s general manager with a messed up attitude that he has. no customer skills at all very rude!

This place on Hoover was terrible the food was disgusting they were handling the food with there ratchet bare hands the fries had to have been sitting out for god only knows how long. Will never go there again and would not recommend at all.

Never going there again. I visited the location on Hoover rd in Warren. I left work in the middle of a winter storm. I stopped in so that I could grab some food for my family only to be told that I had to have placed an order online and that they couldn't take orders in person! Ridiculous! Even if that's your policy, you know that I just came in from a WINTER STORM! What ever happened to customer service and just basic human decency.Parking: Parking was horrible because ummm you know.... IT WAS A WINTER STORM.Kid-friendliness: Can't be kid friendly if I can't even order in person.Wheelchair accessibility: Horrible.... It was a winter storm.

Sloooooooooooow service, all three times I've been there.Tonight, only 2 people working there, I called in my order thinking it would help - wrong. I waited 25 minutes before coming & waiting 25 more standing at the register. Seriously, I NOW dont want to come back.

I am a door dasher went to pick up a customer order. The crew members were rude, i ask for a new cup due to i found hair in the cup. none of the pop machines weren't filled only a few Selection to choose from and hardly no lids out for the cups. To top it off the bathroom were disgusting with no toilet paper. I'll will never order from this location.

Needed something small, without spending a fortune delivered. I went to the Wingstop page and snagged some corn & boneless wings. Estimated delivery time was also the same time as the driver arrived.Food was hot & as ordered. Pleasant surprise when all parties do their part and get it right. Don't go around Lunchtime. They refuse to take your order over the phone. Assuming everyone wants there card information on Wing Stop Site. But told online only. Went to pick up food. Asked was I ordering or picking up. Order online of course. Then given the wrong food.
