My motz sticks are hot like they just came out of the fryer, but are soggy and taste old like they threw ones that were already made back into the fryer to heat them back up. Arby’s is a little expensive to be tasing like crap…..

I’m really disappointed with my order today. The hamburger I got was undercooked — the meat was still raw inside. After taking the second bite, I noticed a very strange taste, so I checked and saw that the meat was actually raw. I had to throw it away because it was impossible to eat. This place is only two minutes from my house, and I usually order from here quite often, but after this experience, I’m really concerned about their food quality and safety. Haven't been there since I was a we boy 50 odd years ago. Honestly it wasn't bad just like they used to make back then. Of course that $6.24 beef and cheddar only cost 75 cents back then. A flash back to me dipping my 🍟 in my Jamocha shake. An extra star for memories.

everytime we go through the driveway food is always missing or the wrong size! they also tend to be out of stuff! please do better my family can't afford to pay for food and not get the food!
I went through the drive through today, 3.17.25 and ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches with extra mayo and a side of mozzarella sticks. Easy Peasy! I get home to find out I have zero mayo. This sure does sucks being that I was the only person in line and there was no wait at all. So much for trying out a new location. No wonder the parking lot is always empty.

Window girl was very rude taking our order. When we paid at the window my husband apologized even tho it was she that was rude. She ignored us & was just as rude. (This was the Arby's on Dixie Hwy not M59!)
