I visited the drive through and the lady taking our order and helping us at the window was extremely kind and bubbly. The food was fresh and delicious. I have not visited an Arby’s in years and I had a very pleasant experience.

I was using the drive-thru My order was taken very well. However, after paying for my order and receiving my order I had to request the receipt. I'm making a purchase from your establishment which means proof of purchase should be followed up. Why do I have to ask for my receipt!!?? And he appeared, going by his outfit,(not a uniform) he appeared to be the manager. He could have been more courteous. As a manager you should certainly know better! A customer shouldn't have to ask for their receipt! Duh!?! What!👎🏽👎🏽

I don’t know who decided to put less mocha in the Jamocha shake but put the IT BACK HOW IT WAS! That’s NOT. A Jamocha shake. That’s a vanilla shake with three drops is Jamocha. And I know it’s this franchise owner that did it because the Jamocha shake at the other Arby’s is just fine. Stop being cheap and put the mixture back how it was before. Do not reply, and lie, saying nothing changed about the shake, ITS NOT THE SAME!

I don’t know if your hours are wrong or the people working just didn’t want to take orders but we got there at 10ish and online it says you don’t close till midnight. We sat there for a while waiting for someone and then asked if you guys are still open. No one responded…if you guys don’t close at 12pm you need to update your hours it’s annoying

Set inside to order food for me and my crew for 10 minutes. 3 girls, 3 different girls walked by me. One girl said to help you in a minute and then totally ignore me.The rest of the time and I didn't even get to place my order now.I gotta go somewhere else if you want to be ignored.And never get any food, please come to this arby's.This is the worst arby's ever been to in my life hands down by far
Very poorly run location and horrible experience. I tried to redeem my birthday coupon and had set it for an order later in the day. I arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected and tried to pick up my order. Was told they had no way to fulfill the order and I had to wait. I was unable to cancel the order in the app and it says to contact the restaurant with any concerns. So I ask them to cancel it so I can reorder and not wait 20 minutes. They told me they can't help and then started actively ignoring me. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order without them acknowledging me the whole time and then they told me they cancelled the order rather than actually giving me what I ordered at the time it was supposed to be ready. This experience makes me not want to ever order from Arby's again.
