Fake roast beef
Every time I go to Arby’s, the food is always fresh. The people that work There are always very polite and professional. That’s why Arby’s is one of my most favorite fast food joints.

My burger was still raw I didn't notice until a few bites had to throw it away

I placed an order on the app, and so did a coworker. I arrived to pick up the order approximately 5 minutes after it was placed. I patiently waited about 15-20 additional minutes. Meanwhile, the manager had an attitude with almost everyone, and a few people had placed and received their orders. I then explained I had been waiting for 2 online orders. The manager angrily told me, "it has only been 19 minutes and if I could leave her store!". I then left, got in my car and headed to the drive thru. Once I got to the speaker, the manager refused to serve me my already paid for orders. She said she refunded my money, but I have not received the refund. This occupied more than 30 minutes of my time, and the manager was extremely disrespectful. I am still out $11.54, no refund, wasted lunch, and disrespected because I asked about our orders. Highly dissatisfied. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

1 OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
Went through drive through ordering for someone else, and gave the person (John) the wrong order.
MY FAULT.
Came back by, and explained my mistake. The John helped me out by giving me the correct item, and cut me a break.
He didn't have to do that, so thanks again Arby's on Telegraph, and John.

They forgot my drink, so I stayed at the drive thru window. The kid in the front made eye contact several times & blatantly ignored that I was there. Then he started playing around on his phone. Nothing but problems every time I come here.

This location served us cold food and then called the police on my family for asking them to make us a warm meal. Yes, seriously. The cops then apologized that the staff was confrontational and aggressive.
