So tired of this location "forgetting" au jus for the French dip. It's necessary, and forgotten about 85% of the time. Also, cup size varies. One time, medium is in a 32oz cup, next time it is in a 24oz cup. And in the 24oz cup, it's also full to the top with ice. No quality control. People actually pay a lot of money for this stuff and it's a joke to these people. $15 for a fast food meal isn't a joke. Take it seriously or close. Send the au jus. Don't send 2oz of pop because it's in the wrong size and stuffed with ice. And they don't offer redelivery on doordash, surprise, surprise. Because it would be used ALL THE TIME on these wrong orders. I order from the Clarkston/sashabaw location when available. Might not be hot but at least it's usually right

Yesterday was the worst experience that I have had at Arby's. Double beef and cheddar only had a quarter size amount of cheddar on it. The fish sandwich that we had to pull around and wait for (10 minutes), was disgusting. It literally fell apart. Could not even eat as a sandwich. We were asked if we needed sauce and said yes. No sauce in bag! Totally disgusting for the amount you pay!

Second time I've been told to wait at the window for 1 minute to proceed to wait more than 5 minutes and just leave. I don't know what they need. More training or better staff, but this Arby's sucks.

We stopped on our way through Waterford for a meal. My wife wanted the curly fries and I was going to try the chicken wrap.. The rap itself was drier than a Texas fart. It was like chewing a washcloth but the interior was what I was really after. Anyway, was not bad. Overall it would never order another one. About the french fries were on par for Arby's. A customer service was okay but we had to wait 35 minutes on the other side of the building for our order. Won't be back

Worst restaurant ever they are super prejudice twice I went there for lunch and they refused to serve me the workers acted as if I wasn’t there and they refuse to say anything when I asked were they open. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…DO NOT EAT HERE ESPECIALLY IF U ARE BLACK…..

Super nice but had me pull around to get my order and asked about sauce prior to bring out. Came and gave me my food at the door and went back inside. Had ordered sauce for the kids meal, ranch and marinara for cheese sticks and asked for Arby's and Horsey Sauce. They only gave me one thing or marinara and forgot the rest. Was too busy to drive back around and the door had been locked. But the male cashier was really nice!! A women ran out tye order and while polite, just quickly took off before I could ask her for the rest. Obviously not a huge deal and maybe they were busy, but I more thinking they trying to close up, which I understand as I worked at a bar until 2am for a long time. That said, it was prior to 9pm so fairly early. Overall I for the most part get great food and great service from this location. Perhaps just an off day ?
