Chelsea was great! I had asked for a cake to be saved and it wasn’t. Miscommunication happens, but she made it right! Made us a cake last min and it was delicious!

DO NOT GO HERE! Manager/Owner has mangled up a famous name in ice cream. The freezers work off and on, the ice cream is questionable in how long it’s been sitting there and maybe from taste and appearance expired(?). The staff not paid enough to care. The Oakland County Health Department should inspect this place like yesterday! Usually only 1 person there so no service

Don't walk in 20 minutes before they close. The skinny girl with the headset almost broke down into tears, all because she had to do her job! A group of customers walked in behind my kids and I, and where told very rude, and loudly they had 5 minutes to make their mind up on what they wanted. They walked out! We were served our shakes and the door was locked before we could get our straws. God forbid you cause them to work until the minute the shift ends. Lazy and rude!

"Baskin-Robbins has a wide variety of ice cream flavors, which is a definite plus. However, the service can be hit or miss, with some staff members being less attentive than others. The store can get busy, leading to longer wait times. Overall, it's a decent spot for a sweet treat, but there’s room for improvement in service and efficiency."

Got 3 cappuccino blasts all 3 were only half filled and whipped cream for the rest. Very disappointed

Worst BR I've ever been at. Took 5 min to get serviced and I was the only customer inside. Ordered a small scoop with sprinkles and a cherry for my 3 yr old. They charged me $6.01 for it!!! When I questioned the amount the clerk claimed it was because I got multiple toppings. Really? There were barely any sprinkles, the cherry was old and rubbery. The ice cream looked like it had sat too long as well. I should have walked out but didn't because I didn't have time to take her elsewhere. I will never go back to this location.
Update: Jan 24. Stopped by again for prepack, staff told me they are getting a remodel and there will be no more Baskin-Robbins ??♀️?
Only had maybe 10 choices of ice cream and what I did take home had old frozen bits. There were no prepackaged quarts to buy. Service was very nice but yuck!!

Attendants were nice, but frozen stuff was old and disgusting. The sherbet looked like it was oozing from the top. The remaining ice cream was clearly frozen multiple times based on appearance and taste. I'm curious how this place is still open.
