Was given a $0.35 upcharge for asking for light ice, I didnt ask for more drink in my cup or anything extra, just less ice so my drink wouldnt get watered down too quickly and I was upcharged for that. Never going to a Biggby again if this is how greedy they are becoming, seriously, an upcharge for LESS of something? Are they going to charge me for breathing in their store next?

I was picking up for a customer and they really don't make it easy for couriers. Have to go from one counter to the other and they don't seem to know what you're there for. Very disorganized

I did frequent this location quite often almost daily!. This last time I was highly annoyed when the girl who I've never seen before asked if I wanted to tip on my card, implying that it is EXPECTED!!!! Don't get me wrong I don't mind tipping occasionally especially when I see the same people there time after time, but implying that its expected makes me NOT want to return to this location! Once or twice a month I will tip largely when I see the usual friendly faces, but IM not tipping every time and I do not like being asked. I enjoy being Generous on my own terms! I'll skip this location and go to Commerce where the NEVER expect tips, which in turn I'll tip generously a couple times a month.

I am new to Biggby coffee, anytime i have a question about coffee (recommendations, adjusting the drink) the girls here are so kind and helpful! I ordered a caramel cold foam cold brew with two espresso shots, she even helped me add sweetener. so good!

I'm convinced this is the best bigby location nationwide! They're always so nice when I come through and bigby ALWAYS has deals. It's why I come here. The coffee is delicious and the food is just as good. This location will always have a special place with me and my wife!

This store gave me a coupon, when I tried to use it a few days later they said it was expired. Why give someone a coupon they won't be able to use? Very annoying, will not be returning.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING service and staff. i absolutely love them all and they are all GORGEOUS. I get the same thing everyday and the start preparing it soon as they greet me walking in the door. I need to learn names so i can single them out on here. My day is always better when i see the "Heart glasses"
My family tried this Biggby out for the first time yesterday, and I was so disappointed. We ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. Before paying, I saw a coupon book on the counter next to me for buy one get one drink free. I asked the girl if I could apply that to my order. The girl working was so rude and looked so mad like I had just taken $6 out of her own pocket. She applied the coupon, then was like “was that yours?” I said “no I thought it was laying here for people to use.” She goes “will you give that to me?” and threw it away. I was so disappointed. Biggby makes these coupons to be used at their store. I will definitely never go back.

Service was great, but the latte I ordered wasn’t full, and the bacon bagel I ordered only have two small pieces of bacon. Also the loaded tots I ordered were disgusting and tasted of plastic. Wish there was more of a care in that aspect

Every time I do not receive a receipt my order is also wrong. I just don’t understand how an order is made incorrectly if you’re using tickets. Otherwise a nice staff and typically good service.
