i didnt feel welcome and i felt rushed and felt the staff was rude. i ordered a medium latte, got to the window and asked about the free shot friday, the little girl in the window told me no i couldnt get a free shot because they already made the drink. is aid okay... grabbed my drink, then came back to ask why would they have a promotion of free shot friday and not give free shots when the promotion is only at the window, thus only being able to order from the window. the kid at the window said thats only for members or if you look on thier online menu. i said i am a member and i dont go onlne, and if youre promoting free shots only at the window, you must be accomodatig. then a rude girl snaped and said fine you can get the free shot, at this point im turned off and disgusted by all these little kids running their mouth instead of just being polite. i never was rude or raised my voice, i just wanted to be treated like a customer not argued with and told i cant get a free promotion because they said no for no reason. i will never go back here, and never reccoment this location. the other comerce location is amazing with great staff. im ashamed to even have went their and this was the worse staff. horrible products on top of rude behavior. not only did they talk themselves our of a tip, they also lost a loyal customer at that location.

Charged me $28 for 2 medium coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. I will not be back. Imagine thinking that your coffee and egg sandwich is worth the same as a sit down restaurant meal. Unreal.
I went in at 4:40pm 8/18/23 to grab a sandwich and the person said they don’t serve food after 4:30 because of sanitary reasons, I’m confused, I didn’t know bacteria knew how to tell time. InterestingI walked away with nothing
