very good flavor and taste jumolia and gumbo. will definitely be back.great for Cary out- lunch counter setup. if u order 15 to 20 min wait- must all be made fresh.

The staff was nice and fun, me and my son ordered the seafood gumbo, the crab and crawfish étouffée, and the fried catfish, the gumbo’s flavor was comforting and had a kick, the étouffée was nice and spicy and the catfish’s skin was crispy and the meat was tender. The owner is very nice and personally makes sure you have everything you need. I will come back to this restaurant many times.

My family and I decided to stop by because our family is from New Orleans and I can definitely say this is authentic New Orleans food. We tried the red beans and rice, jambalaya, fried chicken, Poboy, and seafood Etoufee. We all gave the food 5 stars and we will be back!!

Wow!!! The flavors, quality, quantity, price, and service are all excellent here at Bourbon Street. We live around the corner and can’t believe we haven’t tried this joint sooner. I got the seafood gumbo (mouth watering) and my fiance got the seafood jambalaya. Perfect amount of spice, and they even offered to make it milder if we wanted. Glad we went with the regular spice level because it’s PERFECTION 👌🏼clears out the sinuses without making your mouth or throat burn. OH and don’t get me started on the Mac n cheese. It is divine. We have now become regulars, highly recommend this family owned business!!!

Love love love coming here best po boys in Michigan specifically the hot sausage ones. I love coming in here the owner and his son is so kind. Especially the son he has a nice smile. Such a good meal made with love. Always love frequenting this establishment.

You go here for the fantastic food, not a pretentious fancy atmosphere. Lovely authentic, friendly owners. Gumbo was chock-full of seafood, andouille sausage and chicken. Hot shrimp po boy was overflowing. I grew up in New Orleans and will absolutely come here again.

Ordered macaroni, catfish, chicken tenders (very Black, maybe cooked in old grease), and chicken sausage gumbo.. Macaroni was the best, EVERYTHING else was bland... Drove all the way from Westland and can say I won't be back

All the way from Toronto ..and it was a wonderful experience.The family atmosphere and amazing food. That fis h sandwich was filling and tasty. Rice and peas soup/stew was perfect.
