The staff was nice and fun, me and my son ordered the seafood gumbo, the crab and crawfish étouffée, and the fried catfish, the gumbo’s flavor was comforting and had a kick, the étouffée was nice and spicy and the catfish’s skin was crispy and the meat was tender. The owner is very nice and personally makes sure you have everything you need. I will come back to this restaurant many times.
My family and I decided to stop by because our family is from New Orleans and I can definitely say this is authentic New Orleans food. We tried the red beans and rice, jambalaya, fried chicken, Poboy, and seafood Etoufee. We all gave the food 5 stars and we will be back!!
Wow!!! The flavors, quality, quantity, price, and service are all excellent here at Bourbon Street. We live around the corner and can’t believe we haven’t tried this joint sooner. I got the seafood gumbo (mouth watering) and my fiance got the seafood jambalaya. Perfect amount of spice, and they even offered to make it milder if we wanted. Glad we went with the regular spice level because it’s PERFECTION 👌🏼clears out the sinuses without making your mouth or throat burn....
