I had a really disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I’m 22 and brought my valid ID, yet the waiter refused it for no reason at all. On top of that, he looked extremely unprofessional — dark hair, nose ring, and honestly just appeared very unclean. After he walked away, he was even talking under his breath and running his mouth.
I’ve been eating at this B-Dubs for years, but this was so disgusting and unprofessional that I actually walked out. I don’t feel comfortable having someone who looks unhygienic handling my food. This location has officially lost my trust.

I had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight! Our server, Austin, was absolutely amazing; incredibly kind, funny, and so on top of everything. He memorized our entire order without writing anything down. Even with my super weird order with all sauces on the sides lol and didn’t miss a single detail. He was super accommodating and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Service like this is hard to find nowadays, and Austin definitely deserves recognition. Highly recommend this location!
