I had a bad experience at this location specifically based on the fact I called at 11:30 PM and asked if the kitchen was still open which they said it was and I was able to order but after I got there paid for my food left and looked at my food; I rather them have told me that the kitchen was closed if they didn’t feel like making me fresh food. I ordered a 10 piece boneless barbecue wing with ranch and celery, which the ranch and celery were just fine but the actual boneless wings were barely dipped in honey barbecue; There was only nine pieces instead of 10 and they were barely Luke warm. This is a situation where I was understanding what time I was calling was 30 minutes before they closed but since they said the kitchen was still open to order, I was expecting better service and having had worked in retail myself for several years. I understand if they did not feel like making fresh food, but would have greatly appreciated the honesty of them not wanting to make anything and speaking to that . to me, it gives the impression that they do not care about the quality of the food and the energy that is put into it. Sometimes when people are calling and ordering an hour before closing, we are just getting off of work after a long full day, and in my case this is what happened.

Food was decent. The wing sauce selected for today was not the best. Wings were juicy, hot and plentiful. Fries were reaching for average. Really wish they still had the old Buffalo Chips. Much better than fries or wedges. Economy has take a toll on restaurants which has effected food offerings.

Our order was completely wrong for a delivery and they made no effort to correct their mistakes in any way. The management staff needs to do better. I would avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings at all costs. Please don’t waste your money here.

Did carry out wings overdone carrots and celery rotten soft and moldy no sauce. No ice cream as advertised with cake. Cheesecake stale. 3rd time this has happened.
