Looked on the Google page to see how late they were open. It said "confirmed 3 weeks ago by business" that it was open till 1amI got to the drive through around 11:45pm with 3 cars ahead of us. We wait for about 5 minutes and everyone is moving all of a sudden because the workers inside said "doordashers only" through the intercom.It's not right to put that you're open till 1 if you're not open till 1 to everyone.It's also pretty messed up if you simply just didn't wanna handle a small rush and lie and say that you're only open to dashers. (Not saying that's what happened but also not denying that that's a possibility)I never complain about anything but I find it ridiculous to lie to your customers in ways like this. This may be a petty review but I feel like it's good for others to know they're not actually open till 1am like the site says they are. Especially if they're supposedly closed over an hour before it says they're closed.

I have ordered at this location through doordash and grubhub, multiple times. Every single time they don't have milkshakes or ice cream. It is honestly pathetic. Once is understandable but this is a pattern.

We arrived at Burger King a few minutes after 11 pm, store was supposedly open until 1 AM. We waited behind two other cars for over 20 minutes and when we arrived at the speaker we were told “I’m sorry we can only take orders if it’s DoorDash “! I thought I misunderstood her so I said ,”I’d like to place an order”, to which they responded , “I said we can only take orders if it’s DoorDash.”! If your store is open until 1 AM, why can’t you take orders until 1 o’clock? We left the drive-through line at 11:27 without any food. This Burger King is also notorious for having the lobby locked middle of the day and they don’t even have the courtesy to put a drive-through only sign up in the door so that you don’t get out and walk to the door to find out that despite the fact that you have unloaded your handicap child who’s in a wheelchair, the lobby is locked and so you must reload the child and go through the drive-through! When I pointed this out to the manager he was offended and told me that the doors were only locked for a few minutes, so there was no need for a sign on the door!

Horrible customer service. The drive-through attendant couldn’t be bothered doing her job. These are the folks claiming they need $15 a hour. Stated I wanted a number 5. Asked if they had cherry coke, got a “NO”. “Do you want Dr Pepper?”. No let me think of something else. She proceeded to attempt and rush me to make a decision. As if I wasn’t the only customer at the drive-through. When she asked if I want cheese on my burger I said yes. However all of a sudden she could not hear my answer. This is odd because she heard everything else I communicated, perfectly fine. Furthermore she proceeded to make me say yes over and over and over and over. Childish. I don’t expect much from fast food employees. If you want $15 a hour, do your job. Be kind to customers. If taking a food order is too much for you you’re going to have a hard time advancing in life.

What’s up with this place not giving you any ice in your drink? It’s either no ice at all or like 4 “cubes”. I asked for more ice in the drive thru one time and was told in a snobby way, “the ice dispenser is automatic if you want more then you have to come in and get it yourself”.
