A simple request to make a single burger cooked to order, first time I got my food it was made wrong and not cooked to order I mentioned that it was made wrong and not cooked to order, the cook is gonna come show me a tray of patties and say all of my patties are fresh(I ask for cook to order because I don’t want any patty that’s sat in the warmer for any amount of time) and continues to make my burger with a non fresh patty leaving my food tasing cold and soggy. Would never recommend this location ruined my lunch.

Pretty standard BK but have to say their Bacon King is a great burger in my opinion. I have not eaten fast food in a very long time due to low quality and prices out of sync with quality of food. However I found this burger to be pretty tasty and more than enough to fill you up. The service was polite and efficient. Overall a great experience at this location.

After waiting around for 6 minutes with no one in sight, had to call the store before someone came to the counter. Drive thru experience was similar. Wouldn’t come here in the evening.

This establishment has been extremely impressive the past few times I’ve visited. I went on Sunday night (15 minutes before close), and the employees were extremely positive, professional, and accommodating. The gentleman that took my order had such great manners and ensure the food would be made fresh and delicious (without me even asking). Although they were out of some of the Monster menu items, everything was made fresh and with care. I’d like to give a shout out to whoever is managing this facility as they are doing a wonderful job hiring/training the staff. Please give the young man who services me a big pat on the back!

Drive thru.. the food was not hot. French fries cold when I tried to snitch some before i got home. I did feel i got value for the two whopper meal. The employees were pleasant and friendly.

Terrible fries, old burgers and workers who just don’t care. How hard is it to make fresh fries? Also not sure if the employees can read or if they intentionally mess things up and restaurant is filthy. You couldn’t pay me to eat from here again.

From the many times I go there either on my work breaks or just for a quick eat it has always been a easy and good meal. They work amazing quick for how low staffed they looked.
Lukewarm cold bun soggy fries and a medium pop. Mostly ice. This place is officially on my do not go to list oh and go over to Culver's prices are the same but at least the food's hot and good

Very short staffed! Went a week ago and our food was very cold the cheese wasn’t even melted on the sandwich. Called the manager she said it was herself and one other person working and apologized and offered us two free meals. My husband went back last night and picked up those meals and got home and once again the burgers were very cold and they did not add cheese. They need to shut it down if they don’t have the staff because at this point they are just taking peoples money!

They're usually pretty good. The drive-thru is kind of slow most of the time but at least your fries are full and your burgers put together correctly and the order has always been straight with that location.. very nice attendance. Never had anybody rude. Went through there over a hundred times I'm sure
