I will NEVER again order pizza from Dominos on Union Lake Road. After 2 hours and several calls, and being hung up on several times, I find out by driving up there, my delivery order is only available for carry out. The 2 women in there proceed to yell at me and argue. Refused to refund $100 worth of pizza and said to "call corporate". #dominospizza

Ordered on a Sunday night and took 2 full hours for delivery. They never contacted me about the delay. After 2 phone calls with no definite time for delivery, talked to someone named Richard after 1 1/2 hours and told him to cancel the order. Pizza was delivered 1/2 hour later anyway and was NOT very good. I’ll never order from this store again

Called this place to ask about delivery, he said they didn’t deliver to my address so as I’m in the middle of placing an order for pick up I get hung up on. Then I called back and explained I was going to place an order, and was rudely hung up on AGAIN. Then I call back to ask for a supervisor he told me he was a supervisor and I asked for his supervisor he said they were busy and there was a short in the phone line, I I proceeded to talk and he told me he felt threatened and was going to call the police and repeated my name phone number and address and told me the police were coming. Worst experience EVER!!

Why does no one ever answer the phone at this location? First call on hold for 18 min. Tried again and was on hold for 26 minutes. I call the other store on Elizabeth Lake Road the phone rings two times and I actually got a person. but they will not deliver to me, this can be a major inconvenience. not everyone has full access to the Internet to place an online order, you have a phone for a reason somebody should be Monitoring it. This just makes me want to never buy pizza from your location ever again

Was a pretty big fan of Domino's, and have ordered here numerous, numerous times. 9 times out of 10, there was always a problem, whether it be the food, or the delivery times, and the delivery times were pretty much always on the worse side, taking over an hour, sometimes more than two to deliver my food.Although I continually ordered from here, I believe my this recent experience will be my last. I ordered for an occasion and knew it would take awhile, so I ordered with this in mind. After more and an HOUR AND A HALF of waiting, I receive a call from the store telling me they have to cancel my order. I am less upset at the cancelling, as I get it, they told me they were understaffed, but waiting over an hour and a half to tell me this? That's outrageous and frankly I think it's unacceptable. By this time it was already around 8pm, so I had to just cook to feed the guests at my house which was honestly embarrassing after making them wait for so long.Overall, stay AWAY from this Domino's, they have told me they are heavily understaffed and I can see that from their horrible wait times (taking more than an hour on average, sometimes over two hours to deliver, or not bothering to deliver at all). Not only that but they are quite inconsistent with their food, although good sometimes, others not so much.

Tried to place an order for pickup through the app, got a message saying this location is not accepting online orders.Called them on my way home, phone was never answered by a person, call sent straight to hold music. I stayed on the call for 13 minutes, 45 seconds, at first being patient then bring curious if anybody would ever answer. At least the on hold music isn't particularly annoying.Finally gave up when I was so close to home that pickup no longer made any sense.If they aren't accepting orders they should turn off the phones or play a message clearly stating that they aren't open for business.I try this location about once every six months, hoping they will turn things around but every time I give them a chance I am left disappointed. Either replace the franchisee of replace the brand, whoever thinks they can run this place just isn't up to the task.

We got dinner here last night and the lady who helped me was so kind and she was working alone but had it under control! She had our order correct and ready and didnt complain even though she was clearly working alone. I dont know what she gets paid but it isnt enough and is an excellent employee !
I really wanted to like the pizza but I didn't. They did a great job giving the store a face-lift not too long ago. It's clean, it's aesthetically pleasing and it's open later than everone else. The order was ready very quickly and the guy working that night was working very hard and had a good attitude. Unfortunately, the pizza is not good. It looked good, but it did not taste good. It's lacking anything special. It had very little flavor and the texture of the cheese is strange. I also ordered the cinnamon twists and those were good. Overall I gave it a 2, really because the pizza has no character. I'd really rather save the $50 and had pizza rolls at home. The staff and store were 5 stars though.

Can't say enough good things about this place, I order often and everytime, I'm always greeted quickly and my food is usually always ready when I get there. The store interior is always tidy and the food never disappoints me! Weekends are a little slower but I also never see more than 2 people juggling all of the kitchen tasks so its understandable to wait a bit longer at busier times. Love this place and their delicious Philly steak pizzas!

Covid has changed some things such as times. If you call and cant get through you can place your order on line. Just know at busy times that the estimated time given by the computer system created before covid will be off. If you don't get through on the phone just know that orders are made in order as they come in. During busy times it will be 30-40 minutes for a pick up, and 40-50 minutes for a delivery. Food will be hot and fresh, but with the new demand and shortage of staff times will sometimes be a little different from what the computer says.

No one at this location wears a mask, including the manager. When this was brought up to the manager, she did not have any good explanation. We were told our pizza would be ready, but had to wait 40 minutes past our estimated time, and there was also a line of other people waiting and upset. The back of the store always smells like weed, which explains why there were a lot of employees inside the store but nothing getting done. Also, the food was subpar. We will not be returning again.
