I usually order on the app and when I get to the store they’re always out of what I ordered on the app. It should be noted on the app if they don’t have it. The girl at the window is also not very nice. I will have to go to drive further I guess to get what I want since they never have it

Worst Dunkin in the area I asked for a matcha latte they made it with coffee instead of milk I called multiple times and no one answered I went back up there to ask for them to remake it and they told me all Dunkin’s use coffee instead of milk which they do not and didn’t offer a free drink or even a refund

Its completely horrible when You walk into a restaurant and have to communicate with someone who Barely speaks english. 10 employees running around and 2 guys standing in the lobby not even being helped for almost 10 minutes and then have to repeqt the order 17 times for a coffee and a donut.

Dine in was not available in the morning. Service was kind of slow. I saw some customers leaving after seeing the long line at the drive through. May not have enough employees.

If I could give no stars I would. The foreign girl that works there is so rude. She never gets my order right and always has an attitude. I believe her name is ashadia. I have never had a worse experience so many times as I have here.

Haven't got donuts in a few years. They are much smaller than they used to be they definitely weren't made fresh, head to have been at least a day old. There was water all over the floor and I advised the cashier. She didn't really care. Not that I mind but it's a lawsuit waiting to happen

We placed our order for 3 bagels and when we were handed the bag, I asked if there 3 in the bag, and were told yes the order was all there. When we arrived home to have breakfast, there were only 2. When the store was notified, they offered no remedy, and tried to blame is for their mistake.

Randy is a complete and total scumbag. My guy treats his employees like dog water, pays the absolute bare minimum. I have not worked there but I have a friend who does and I will only list things i have hard evidence of.Randy personally will go out of his way to make it hard for guests to order what they want if it is the slightest inconvenience for him. (Plz read through the reviews for evidence of this)Oh here's a good one, when you ask for extra espresso at this location you're actually getting a shot of flavor syrup. Cause it's cheaper for him that way.If you place a separate order ie (you and your friend place two separate orders so you can pay individually) Randy ACTUALLY charges you for it.Randy consistently holds things over his employees heads like hours and tips as well as pay docks. If you show up even a minute late you don't get any portion of the tips from that day. It's proven that Randy has cut people's hours and pay without telling them to save his own wallet.Anyways Randy I hope the worst for you and I'm sure your store will be just another memory on old m59 anyway.
