This used to be an enjoyable place when Ryan was the manager. The employees seemed happy and everything came out perfect but since they fired him the place hasn't been the same. I will no longer be supporting a company that doesn't support good and hard working people.

There’s one lady in there that’s my absolute favorite, she’s a very sweet older lady with glasses, and she always tells me good morning and she’s always very polite, I love her soooo much, we need more people like her in customer service! She always tries her best to get things done and get things done right!
Only complaint with this location is they throw the donuts in upside down, so all the frosting is on the bag which does really suck, and other than that older lady, the employees are mediocre at best.

Worst location ever. They never get my order right and they are never willing to correct it. This is the 4th time I have ordered from them and the 4th time that something in the order is wrong. I just ordered a Carmel craze latte online and sent a friend to pick it up. The drink I received is some kind of hazelnut flavored drink and I hate hazelnut. Been calling there phone for 40 minutes now with no answer just so I can get some kind of compensation for having the wrong flavor, but I won’t hold my breath waiting for decent customer service.

I usually order on the app and when I get to the store they’re always out of what I ordered on the app. It should be noted on the app if they don’t have it. The girl at the window is also not very nice. I will have to go to drive further I guess to get what I want since they never have it
Worst Dunkin in the area I asked for a matcha latte they made it with coffee instead of milk I called multiple times and no one answered I went back up there to ask for them to remake it and they told me all Dunkin’s use coffee instead of milk which they do not and didn’t offer a free drink or even a refund

Its completely horrible when You walk into a restaurant and have to communicate with someone who Barely speaks english. 10 employees running around and 2 guys standing in the lobby not even being helped for almost 10 minutes and then have to repeqt the order 17 times for a coffee and a donut.
