I had tried their new Dubai chocolate Sundae and OMG it was AMAZING 😍 Definitely need to try it and see for yourself!!! It's Soo good!! Haven't had Baskin-Robbins & Dunkin donuts in so long wish they were more in Northern Michigan had to go more down south like Clarkston, MI to find one. But still love it !!

Honestly it’s not worth the trip. The manager rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed bc I wanted to speak with her. ITS YOUR JOB. We can all complain about the staff but when it comes down to it, it’s management that set the staff up for failure to begin with. I highly recommend biggby or Starbucks. They steal Starbucks drink ideas anyways!

So she got one drink wrong twice. Both drinks were weak. If traffic would not have been so bad U would have went back and asked for a refund. She looked like she was having a bad day so I said I hope your day gets better She said I'm not having a bad day as If it offend her. Well my day wasn't not as expected at Dunkin. Not Happy about paying almost $13.00 foe two weak coffee drinks.

Spent 15 mins in the drive-through line for a black coffee. Was then told they forgot to brew the coffee. Spent 10 minutes in the parking lot waiting before going inside and being told they forgot again. I asked for a cold brew from tap just so I could leave, and was told that would cost more and that they could only serve it as a small. After I convinced them to just serve me so I could leave, the employee handed me a cup mostly containing ice, and some cold brew poured over… Worst coffee place I’ve ever been to. Dumbest employee I’ve ever met. Will never go back.
Horrible. Coffee drinks tasted terrible. Donuts are tasteless and dont look at all like the pictures online.

Terrible service by the girl working the drive thru window in the morning. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 donuts that they got wrong because they were laughing and joking, which I could hear through the speaker. I co firmed my order at the window and received the most condescending apology for getting and waiting another 10 minutes for the drinks to be made. Couldn't ask a question or confirm anything after that. Pushed the drinks in my hands and left the window. This is the closest dunkin to me and I'll never return to this location with service like that.

Overall very great experience. I just ordered through the kiosk they were out of straws but the employee was very nice and refilled it right away for me. Great prices on the coffee relatively cheap compared to other places. I got a frozen vanilla latte, and my friend got an iced butter pecan latte. Both were amazing. Would highly recommend
