They always take FOREVER to make 1 drink, God forbid they have multiples to make, and you will definitely be waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get your order. At least they make the drinks so good, or that would be really bad.
I go to every other Dunkin in the world order the same Drink and get the same result. I order my Iced American 5 Caramel and 4 Cream. I usually receive a beverage THAT LOOKS LIKE CUP OF ICED COFFEE. What she proceeded to hand me was a CUP OF MILK filled with caramel. When I had to turn around from how toxically sweet my beverage was, I had them remake it. They then handed a MORE MILKY, MORE SWEET, AMERICANO!!! It’s the holiday season, money is tight. And I can’t spend my little amount of spending change ON A DECENT COFFEE. Enjoy cleaning that drink off the parking lot!

Two of the rudest girls were working there today at 11am, gave me my correct order of just to ask for it back and hand me the wrong one. After going back and forth about how i had way to much food for one bag and how it was the wrong name they gave me the original bags back and told me i was “all good” so I drove off only to realize they forgot the other half of the order when i walked in they said i “drove off before i got the right order” the bagel and bacon was ice cold which means they in fact didn’t just make it but were trying to make it seem like it was my fault they forgot to give me a bag. I wasted $18 for all of it to be wrong or inedible.

I have had nothing but issues with this location in the last year. I stopped going here because of it, but today I decided to give it another try. Clearly I am sucker for punishment. Yes the line was ridiculously slow, but let's face it, this is the norm for most places nowadays, but where I take issue is when I buy 3 large iced coffees and a 6 pack of donuts and the the total is $32.05 and the drinks were only 3/4 full, I had to pay EXTRA for light ice and the drinks did not have the flavor shots they were suppose to and the donuts were so small they looked like mini donuts. I don't know if this place is under new ownership or management, but this used to be my go to Dunkin, now it's my NEVER go to.

35+ minute wait to get two breakfast bagels as a walk-in. After they forgot my order and then mixed my order up with someone else, they still got my order wrong. By the time I got home and realized our order was wrong, I didn’t even care. No sense in going back to pile on to a team that was clearly stressed and overworked. Everyone working was super nice.

Employees are rude, there is only one nice gentle man there that works the window. Management is absolutely unprofessional and NASTY. They don't fill up the drink when you ask for light ice. When the sweet worker fill it up, the ugly manager came over and said no and poured half the drink out to give back to me. He is gross and a cheap skate. Do not come here. I will be going to starbucks instead. They are the same price and the workers top you off even for light ice. Unless they fire this ugly manager I will NEVER return. :)

The employees like to make their own rules as they go, or the manager knows and endorses them, I’m not sure. Went in to order a specific drink, was told they can’t make it before noon “it’s just their managers rule”. Was told the reason is because baskin Robbin’s doesn’t open until noon, though according to their very own website they open at 5am daily. Called a different location to verify the information and was told I could order the drink any time of day. If you don’t want to do the job you were hired on to do, go find a different job. Very frustrating to leave your house at 6:20am for a drink you have a pregnancy craving for just to waste your time entirely and have a store refuse to make a drink that is on their menu due to what I imagine is pure laziness. The restaurant was not busy, there was no one else in line behind me, the employee simply didn’t want to do their job is the only assumption I can make. There are several other locations so I guess I will just be taking my business elsewhere and will inform family and friends to do the same. I wonder if corporate is aware of this store just making their own rules, may be worth the call!
