It has always been clean every time I have been there. My subs have always tasted amazing. I love the Italian and the cajun chicken sandwich. Yum just writing this gets my craving going. I always order with a combo with the chili bean soup. I like dipping my frittos in that chili soup. Dang I really need to go to again tomm. Love this place. Thanks to all the staff.

stopped in to eat and was with my wife and her service dog, she asked if their bread was soft as she has no bottom teeth. The people working could not understand english so the manager (or owner) was gotten he said its bread lady i dont know why youre here giving me a hard time....so she turned to leave and he yelled and we dont allow dogs in here, her service dog was clearly wearing his service vest. I heard him say thay very rudely and informed him that our dog is my wifes service animal and is allowed under federal law, to which he said that aint no service dog why you guys come in here giving me a hard time now get the F--- out if the store. I was told i could not even use the restroom. So please show support for service animals people without teeth and for the federal law protecting service animals and those who need and use them...... Boycott this Bigoted place of buisness
These guys will take the phone off the hook or disconnect it if they’re “busy”. I’m aware I can place orders online but what about my family that’s not tech savvy? Now I’m dealing with their complaints and have to stop what I’m doing to place an order for them.Foods decent.

I live close and went her for the first time in a while again because i was on the run.The food is ok, not bad by any means, but it just got sooooo expensive. $15 for a full size sandwich, that's honestly the killer.Waterford has so much good food to offer, Thai (So Thai, BK Mart, KK Hot Pepper, Thai Legend...), Mexican (Plaza Garibaldi, Fresh Mexican Grill, Taqueria....), Indian (NoorJahan). Or basically any Burger joint around (Pontiac Lake Inn...).Any of these joints you pay same and or less for an honestly better lunch or dinner.I guess that's it for me and Firehouse Subs.
