Ordered 2 large 1 topping pizzas and a 3 cheese Howie bread which costs more then regular Howie bread and theres literally no cheese on it. Just a couple sprinkles. I’ll be calling the store tomorrow for a free 3 cheese bread. This is unacceptable.

Took forever to get assistance at the counter. Kinda grossed out watching a kid in the back scratch his head vigorously, plah with his hair, then come hand me my food. Won't go back.

Everytime I order an Italian Sub, I NEVER GET MY ITALIAN DRESSING AT THIS STORE..!!! This time, no lettuce or tomato either..! So tired of not getting my order correctly no matter what Restaurant I go to, I'm over fast food it's to overrated and people don't know how to do their job..! I don't eat if it's not what I order, so thanks Hungry Howie's now I go hungry and I spent over $20 at your store! Nobody has time to go back to the store for 1 thing, gas prices are to high for that!

One of the absolute worst hungry Howie’s franchises I’ve ever ordered from. They are so cheap they can’t even put enough cheese in the crust! You made my pizza completely wrong and when I say something you tell me ok it’ll be 10 minutes and you can get a new pizza made the way you ordered. 15 minutes goes by and I go in and your employees tell me you “ran out of large pizzas” it would be atleast another 20 minutes to get a pizza I ordered over an hour ago! Never pay ahead at this location! You will regret it! Don’t even bother with the typical response with a number to corporate you know well that you don’t follow up with complaints! Should be ashamed you can’t get a single employee that gives a damn about your establishment. Maybe pay them better or treat them right! I’ll be ordering Marcos from now on! Yall had so many chances and you mess up to much because you think your franchise can take a little heat.

Hubby decided to get pizza and saw that they had a buy one get one free deal for game day. It’s been a while since we did a carryout. It was nice to do. Not only was the food very good but the price was well worth it. Definitely gonna keep them in mind for future orders.
Ordered a DoorDash delivery and while everything was correct on my receipt and box sealed to my surprise when I open the box it was the completely wrong pizza. I called this store and explained the situation and was told it would be remade and delivered (especially since it wasn’t on doordash) almost an hour goes by before I received a call from the manager to say they can’t do anything about it. If I could give them a negative zero I would. No other solution or apology was given for the inconvenience and error on THEIR part. Just that I had to go through DoorDash Ordered a bacon cheddar burger and got chicken and mushrooms

So we had a coupon for buy a lg get a lg pizza for free my husband ordered two and my brother in law ordered two. When I tell you this had to be the worse pizza we have had and this was our first time at this location! All 4 pizzas were nothing but bubble! Very disappointing
