The Irish Tavern in Waterford is a hidden gem with a cozy atmosphere and great service. Their menu offers a solid variety of comfort food and pub favorites, but the real standout is the bread pudding—hands down the best in Michigan. It’s rich, warm, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. I’ll come back for the dessert alone!

The regular Waterford scene sees an honest Irish bar with young culinary talent and a penchant for activation. This hole-in-the wall has a lot of character and remarkably good food (by Waterford standards). There is a lot of traditional Irish fare, and you can tell that love goes into the menu. I've heard the burger was good too. I'm gonna go back for that.

Where it's successes are many there is a dive element it is trying to shake - it almost...
