I ordered 3 subs tonight, 2 were the right subs 1 was completely wrong. Was missing quite a few items asked to be put onto the sub. It was supposed to be the turkey club sub was missing bacon, pickles, banana peppers, honey mustard & onion: Was a busy night it looked coming in to pick them up. Need to pay closer attention when making orders.

Took my daughter for subs yesterday, the man cutting the meat was absolutely rude and completely unpleasant, the lady working the grill was kind the man putting toppings on was kind but that man cutting meat is the reason i will not come back to this location!!! He has zero custody service etiquette!!! He felt it was necessary to yell at me in a store full of customers (the other man did apologize) but this man really shouldnt be working with the public hes just down right rude i personally would fire him for making customers feel bad and embarrassed!!!!

I love the food they have gluten free giant subs which are always my favorite. And they make sure to ask if it's because of allergy or if it's just a preference. But the people that work there always have a attitude and have zero customer service. They just seem so upset to be there. And it makes it feel awkward standing behind the counter while a angry person is making your sandwich lol š and the music is insanely loud. But the foods good so what ever ill keep coming back. Five stars for the angry sandwich crew

I used to order from this place all the time for cheesestakes..They used to be great. Now, I can see how the recession has taken hold of this place. They used to give large meaty portions for the cheesestakes. Now you'll be hard pressed to find the meat. They are baby portions now. I give this location 6moths before they close. It's sad to see restaurants sacrifice quality like this. You're destroying the brand.

My recent pickup order from Jersey Mike's Subs on Highland Road was a truly positive experience. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which is always a great sign. My orderāthe #7 Turkey and Provolone, #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak, and #44 Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steakāwas ready right on time.
The real test, of course, was the food itself, and it passed with flying colors. Everything was hot and fresh, a huge win for a pickup order. The classic #7 was perfectly balanced, while the hot subs delivered on their promises. The #42 had a great smoky kick, and the #44 was a fantastic mix of spicy buffalo and creamy blue cheese. Overall, Jersey Mike's proved that their quality shines through, whether you're dining in or taking out.

Placed an order about 700p online. Not only did they forget to pack one of my sandwiches causing me to drive the 20 minutes back to the store Manager on the phone was rude and did nothing to make this issue right. Instead he gave us a soggy sandwich.
Now the sandwiches They gave us the made sandwich they forgot to put in our order out the back via the manager. Making it soggy and not appealing to eat considering it takes 20 minutes to get from my house to there and 20 back.
They mixed up all 3 sandwiches. Mine ended up my boyfriends, they added lettuce when i said no lettuce as i cannot digest it well, his had my toppings, his bread was wrong and it was smothered in so much mayo that sandwich was also soggy. I know I requested extra mayo but I didn't request a giant to sneeze on my sandwich.
I get i ordered 2 hours before close but 2 hours is much less painful than 5 before closing.
I'm disappointed since I paid $30 for crap soggy sandwiches but tipped $5. Nobody deserves that tip. They need to do better, eating out is a luxury for me these days as I'm on permanent disability so thank you jersey Mike's you've ruined my one thing I look forward to every month. Those workers need to do better or get another job.

. I placed an online order for a turkey club with banana peppers, light onions and honey mustard and received NONE OF THAT. I drove BACK to the location and staff communicated as if IM the one that made an error and I STILL have no banana peppers. I was very respectful in stating that this wasnāt a āreorder because I didnāt like itā; but I truly didnāt receive what I ordered. Iām thankful for the word pleasant painted on the wall, it gave me peace in the midst of being treated and served poorly.
