Ordered a sub that came from Jersey mikes and they want to blame door dash for not making the sub correctly. Don’t waste your money or time go somewhere else. Piss poor business acumen.

One of the best steak and cheese subs I've ever had!!
Terrible customer service ask for a viral 99 sandwich I got a regular Philly cheese that was black meat. My sandwich says double meat. I asked the guys and showed them the sandwich and they still wanted to argue with the customer that was trying them how to make a sandwich don’t come here for any viral sandwiches and they don’t clean off their machines and counters that are making subs. You could be allergic to pork and it will cut you a turkey sandwich on the same machine

My daughter went there and was charged $22.03 for just A SUB, no drink or chips, just a sub. And when my daughter asked the lady who rang her up why her sub was $22.03, the lady replied I can take it back. My daughter is 16yrs old. I called that day to find out why, left my name and number with NO CALL BACK from noone. Called 2 days later, again left my name and number and again no call back. 3 days later we went there and talked to a shift lead who said they would personally give my name and number to the owner to have things made right, and here it is a week later no call. Also that very team lead even told us the sub my daughter gets ( salami and pepperoni) is only $10 and some change. So in reality this lady charged my daughter for 2 subs and the owner does not care to explain nor make things right! So please be careful going to this place and make sure you are not being upcharge as well. I'm sure this is not the first time nor will it be the last time.

The Big Kahuna rivals any steak sandwich from a fancier restaurant. So good. Gotta eat in, though, while it’s hot. Great friendly service. Stop in hungry, go home with a happy mouth.
8 times out of 10 I don't get what I order. Unfortunately I never find out til I'm already home and unpacked. Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub shop and I'm always forgiving when a detail is missed here and there. Just wish quality control was more important.

I've had Jersey Mike's a few times, but this was the first time at this location and it was amazing! The workers were quick, but not sloppy! It was so clean inside the building, I didn't go in the bathroom, I'm assuming they were clean too. The food was great, I loved it!!

Don’t order a delivery from Jersey Mikes if you want to eat. I had an oreder to be delivered at 6pm and at 558 I was notified that Jersey Mikes just cancelled my order. So I had no food for dinner with guest waiting. And Jersey Mikes say that this isn’t bad customer service. Company lost a costumer.
