I order 1 pizza and a cinnamon bread at 5:56 pm estimated time of delivery 711pm. Fine it's a Friday... I get it. I've worked in restaurants my entire life, I'm not a complainer. 7:20 rolls around. I call. It hasn't left, it's leaving shortly. Ok great ty.... 7:55 I call again, still hasn't left. I ask if I can get a discount. the young man says the manager says no. Placed a delivery order on the App at 5:10. 2hrs later I called up there and they forgot about delivering the order.. It had been sitting in the hotbox for over 1.5hrs! They wanted to deliver the order that’s been in the hot box, but we requested them to remake it and we’d pick it up instead. Pretty sure they gave us the pizza and turbo stix that were in the hotbox anyways.. We are going to take a break from ordering from this branch.
