The worst Jets franchise I have ever bought a pizza at. Undercooked and cold. The owner uses bate and switch with the prices ovffeing multiple prices depending how you order for the same pizza. Ordering online the price was 25$ when we went to pick it up the sign at the dest said it was $16.99. If Jets corporation monitors these reviews (probably not) they should look at this scammer. Do not trust this location.

Hands down the worst Jets Pizza we've ever had. We ordered 1 x-large square pizza with 2 items, a medium Greek salad, a small gluten-free cheese only Pizza and a 2 L of coke. When I called they told us it would be a half an hour. We showed up 5 minutes early and the pizza was ready. When we get home, the pizza is doughy (way under cooked) and cold. Our salad had something slimy in it (pic is below). Not like old lettuce, it was SLIMY!! and this was not the only clump of slime in it. All that for $55 bucks!?
We will never come to this location again!! Worst pizza place experience we've ever had.

What a disappointment. I love the way they make their pizza. Requested them to meet me at Hathery/Dixie…as if they were delivering to Genisys CU…in their area. Associate got the mgr on the phone, i made another request respectfully and got hung up on. Very rude and disrespect. In this day and age, respect is needed in 2days such society to survive. No wonder they have 3 stars. I guess it just depends on how they feel that day. .: (

Everything is prepared perfect and fresh. Staff is wonderful and really work hard. You can tell when you are there just how hard they work. Thank you all for all you do
5/16/25. Pizza was gross. Have restaraunts stopped caring? Dough was definitely old. I used to manage a Jets. Both square pizzas were just dreadful.

Friday night my online order was supposed to be done at 7:00. I got there at 7:10. There was a line of people waiting for food and a line of people waiting to check in and pay. I paid and they said about 10 minutes. An hour later I still hadn’t gotten my food. I (and a few other customers) would have left sooner but we had paid and needed refunds. No one was at the counter. The line of new people was getting longer and the employees just abandoned the register for 20 minutes and they weren’t saying anything to anyone and they didn’t even take the new customers coming in. Three of us kept yelling for a manager and not in a mean way just a get their attention way. We just wanted refunds so we could leave. The employees and managers kept ignoring us. Finally I yelled very loudly “please get the manager now so we can get refunds and leave”
He came over, he had been making pizza I guess, and did our refunds in about 10 seconds each.
It seems this is a problem they’ve been having when they get behind. The manager should have the employees be honest. Tell people when they come up to pay “it’s an hour wait. Do you want to pay or cancel?”
If you can’t fulfill the orders in a timely manner you need to tell people or at least man the counter so you can refund them instead of hiding to avoid giving refunds.
