I always try to find a pizza place that isn't a chain, but when you have to step away from that, Jet's is my go-to. Jet 10 Detroit-style deep dish is one of the best pizza's every created. This place knocked it out of the park like they always do!

All businesses can have an off-day, I understand this. There seem to be a lot of negative reviews for the Jet's in Waterford, though, but the pizza place recommended to us was closed so we took a shot ... we saw a commercial the night before for the Greek pizza which we thought looked delicious, so we ordered a small hand-tossed, as well as a Four-Corners Aloha BBQ Chicken with Cajun crust. Boy are we glad we "chanced it"! Both pizzas showed up before the time promised and were piping hot and absolutely LOADED with toppings. The Greek pizza was a huge hit and the Aloha was the absolute best Detroit-style crust pizza I've ever had! I mean the crust was cheesy-golden brown-crispy-and oh-so-perfectly-chewy that I devoured three of the four corners in record time. On top of all that the delivery driver was very friendly and very nice. She was a real sweetheart. We will definitely try this Jet's again when we're back in August!

I just ordered two pizzas one square four corner with extra cheese and one hand tossed with extra cheese I did not get extra cheese on neither pizza and both pizzas the cheese is burnt so its chewie and yet Krispy? There went $20 down the drain.. I would never order a pizza from this place

My first time ordering from this location and was my worst experience with any pizza place waited forever they kept asking what my order was over and over and when I got the food the cinnamon Stix were burnt the pizza was burnt and one of the pizzas didn't even have sauce on it who makes a meat lovers pizza without sauce. This isn't a complaint about jets pizza cause alot of other locations the pizza is great. Just won't ever order from this location again
I ordered my pizza online at 5:55pm. Email stated will be will be delivered at 7:30pm. OK its a busy night. I am willing to wait. At 8:00pm I call and ask where my pizza is. She states they left at 7:50pm. I am 9 minutes away. He gets here at 8:15pm and my pizza is cold. Really cold. If I am waiting over 2 hours I want hot food or at least warm. This is very disappointing.

Worst place I have ever had pizza and I regularly eat pizza, the bugs on the windows sills were nasty while I waited and the people behind the counter touching the inside of there mouth and face while making pizza it's just not right by the time the guy with dirty fingernails handed me my pizza I already made the decision to throw it out, I just can't trust that there is any accountability in the store what so ever, This is obviously a franchise because a corporate jets would never fail this hard. I'll be encouraging people to not come here in the future

My lunch delivery was right on time and the food was hot, and cold (salad). The salad had popcorn chicken, was supposed to have mild sauce on chicken only 3 pcs had very little seasoning. Also ordered boneless chicken wings in red chili sauce. Half of the wings were badly burnt and no sauce on them all, bland and dry. The other half great color and very little sauce. Very disappointing for a delivered lunch.

Totally .......... incompetent management. Couldn't get the time right if the clock smacked them in the face. Worst part is left a big tip hoping they would get the pickup time right but not even close. The pizzas were good but never leaving a tip again.
