I usually order around 8 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, and there are two recurring problems: they are often out of bread except for mobile orders, and they shut down the toaster at 8 PM even though the store closes at 9. Last time, I placed a mobile order before 8, arrived right at 8, and was told they couldn’t toast my sub because the toaster was already off. Not sure if this is policy or just staff choice, but it’s frustrating when menu options aren’t available an hour before closing. This has happened multiple times and really affects the experience. If the store is open until 9, everything on the menu should be available until then.

Walk in and they were playing inappropriate things over the loud speaker to the whole restaurant and it continued as I tried to order my food, I asked why must this go on? And the guy said “they are children” and I said well then get them to stop and he told me they were the managers.. really unprofessional and almost makes me not want to come back to this location 🫤

Placed order thay called 10 min later telling me thay were out of lettuce. I was told it would take them another 10 min. Then I get text its being delivered Uber eats. From time ordered to getting food was 1.25 hours. My subs were saggy and drinks were warm.

Usually not one to leave a review but this is kinda crazy. This location has started doing delivery through door dash, which obviously takes longer than in house delivery. I’ve ordered multiple times since this was implemented and it usually takes about a half hour. Today, I waited an hour until I attempted to call the store. When I called the number listed on the app AND online, it says it’s unavailable. With no way to contact them, I just went to the store. Not a huge deal, but definitely irritating. When I picked it up, they refunded me my tip, but not the delivery fee and they didn’t offer to remake my hour old sandwich. Not the workers fault really, but they just obviously don’t care about customer service at all. I hope they fix the issue with the phones and consider letting customers know that it will take extra time to be delivered, especially when it’s over an hour wait. I was lucky enough to be home and able to go to the store, but under different circumstances this would probably ruin my day.

Placed a online order from jimmy John’s today asked for extra croutons on my wrap they put ZERO on, on my second wrap asked for no tomatoes they put 4 huge slices in the wrap and then didn’t even fold it or CUT IT worst jimmy John’s location I’ve been too

Waited for over 5 mins to order, no one came on the speaker, then went to go inside, and doors were locked when they weren't closing for another 5 hours! Wow, they could have had a note up or said something instead of making someone wait for no reason

As much as I love jimmy johns the service here is horrible. My coworkers and I have ordered here for the past three days and every time something is always forgotten from our order. The first time they didn’t even give us our sides and when we called they just told us to come pick it up (even tho we paid to get it delivered) the second time they forgot our straws, and the third time they didn’t give us any condiments. I don’t care as much about the straws and condiments but forgetting a whole part of the meal and then asking us to pick it up when again we paid for delivery is wild.

Hours online says opens at 10am.....obviously employees at this location just doing whatever they want. Doors locked at 1030, employees inside. They came to door and said it doesn't open until 11am. Update your hours on Google or update your employees on the actual hours

So I don't normally leave reviews for stuff but after the experience I just had I have to say this because maybe I'm wrong, I've ordered Jimmy John's two or three nights in a row now. Tonight I ordered the girl showed up I gave her a 20 for 14-dollar order and asked for three dollars back, a $3 tip to drive a sandwich a mile seems fair to me maybe I'm wrong she informed me she had no change I was able thankfully have enough other change to pay for the meal and still give her the same tip her demeanor was weird and off and the interaction was weird when I called the store it was even more strange but it's basically like it is what it is, I love Jimmy John's but I think I'm going to have to order from a different one now. being honest I've never really had bad experience with the store but the whole interaction was so crazy.i work hard for my money and I don't mind spending it,but not with a company who doesn't care about service....
