Ordered 1 meal and was given wrong drink in the drive thru. Had to go back inside to get the right drink just to find out they gave me the wrong order as well. And of course I wasn't given a receipt. Absolutely ridiculous considering there were 4 employees and I was the only person there.

FIrst off we had to wait for 15 minutes for food. Then we got the order and there was a half order of mac n cheese in a large bowl. The chicken tender recipe is just barely eatable. The sauces were horrible.. they suck! They were Sticky chicken, comeback sauce, honey mustard, kfc sauce... they all taste like something from a chemical factory.

The coleslaw was noryummy! Mac N Cheese not really great.

We ordered some bite size cherry turnover desert... they were ok if they were gas station.

So the left overs will go to our chickens! Chickens like chicken! Yummy yum! Expensive for chicken feed. Won't give to our dogs... don't need a sick dog! Hope it won't kill the chickens or mess up the eggs.

Ordered a famous bowl it was not even very hot lukewarm at best. Employee behind the counter had no name tag on. Took the lukewarm food back up to the counter. Employee took it from me and put it in the microwave and handed it back to me. Oh but she did give me some extra gravy. Very unprofessional very poor experience.

I agree with many they need to do better. Obviously my experience tonight is not unlike many of the others. I'm not sure if there is a just "don't care" attitude or what the problem is, but whoever is the lead of that store tonight needs 1) Additional customer training along with that team tonight, or, 2) let go. When you arrive at a point that you are screwing the customer consistently at this store, then a reevaluation is in order. Remember that speed doesn't necessarily equal quality. It always amazes me how employees cannot get a simple order correct. If I order two sides and two biscuits along with asking for butter and honey, please don't give me 4 biscuits and charge me for the extra two biscuits I did not ask for and then not supplying the (butter and honey). When I first arrived they screamed something or burped through the drive thru window and never apologized, like the what the heck? I guess that was my first clue to drive away and I actually considered it after sitting in the drive thru lane. As stated the service was speedy but now I am stuck with 4 dry biscuits because of no attention to detail. Realize it is hard to get employees and paying these people a whole lot more per hour is apparent that it is NOT working as when you cannot complete a very, very simple order with no car behind me (thereby no rush) then I don't know what else to say, except to the owner or GM to, "FIX-IT!, please! I don't appreciate it having paid more for items I did NOT want and not getting the items I had requested.

I realize that good help is hard to find these days, but really, this location has to do better. I chose to come in the dining room to place my order. I went to the register while I waited for someone to help me, three people walked past and just stared at me like I was bothering them. Not one person smiled, said anything like "we will be right with you," literally nothing. I even said hello to one of the employees and he looked at me like he couldn't understand why I was there. The only saving grace was the girl who packed my food and assisted the person that eventually took my order. The food was fine. But other than that, I'm really struggling to find reasons to continue returning to this location other than it being the closest one to my house.

Came a few different times of hours pass came today November 19 had chicken original came out about 5 minutes under cooked just like pass few times had Cooley road located and the skin holds on a lot better also had 2 biscuits top done but in the middle look like biscuit dough ordered gravy it was thick like grease this falls on management gotta insure workers are using the thermometer 🌡️ besides that 5 starts for service and clean store.

I went in and ordered my food, not one to typically complain.... but not only were my fries half missing? My mac and cheese was very crusty and seemed old and dry. I am mostly upset that I paid 2.79 for a half empty fry container because I added that side.

What happened to this store. My potatoes were cold! The girl acted totally annoyed while waiting on me. NO RECIEPT? I know your pocketing money. This store needs some serious nice help. EVERY table was dirty,floor dirty what's going on here?

The chicken sandwich was great. But, I was here at 1130. Every booth was covered in crumbs, as were a couple of tables. I doubt they had that much business already, so they need to get busy cleaning.

Bought 2 $5 two chicken piece meals deals and its not a DEAL!! The chicken legs were the size of of a bantee/ cornish hen chicken! Excessively small and There was 2 hairs in my biscuit!! The gravy was salty also. Might sound good that $5 meal on TV but dont be fooled. I'm still hungry. I called and they would give me 2 chicken legs but forget it! It cost me more in gas to drive back there. The quality has gone down like so much has in the last few years. I'll never go back there!
