I ordered through doordash but when I got the food I was missing all 8 of my biscuits I had no gravy for my mashed potatoes the fries were old and chewy my tenders were almost hard and the 8 piece chicken bucket was almost as bad as the tenders

This place has been terrible everywhere I've gone, even in it's birthplace of Kentucky. Today when I walked in and asked for my order, they looked paniced and confused as if they had already handed my order to someone else. I had to wait for about 20 minutes after the app had already said my order was ready due to the fact that they didn't have any chicken cooked despite it being 6pm where they still have four hours to closing time. Even after waiting, they couldn't even take the time to give me the crispy chicken I had paid for, instead they gave me the original recipe chicken. I had also ordered ranch as a dip but when I got home and opened the bag I saw that they put buffalo sauce in it's place. I am very unhappy about this. While I was waiting for my order I looked around and noticed that there was sticky drops of soda all around the floor and the tables were full of crumbs and crumbled up napkins. The staff weren't the kindest either.

This may be the best location in Michigan. All KFC chicken is good, but this was perfect. I ordered in the app which I highly recommend because size there are deals there not available in store. I arrived a bit early for my order, but went inside and told them I was there and my order was made fast. I waited Inside, which was very clean. I will definitely will be back to this location. I do hate how small their sides have become, but that’s a corporate issue.

I will not be back. I ordered 2 spicy chicken Mac wraps for them to only give me spicy chicken. Wraps with regular cheese. I go back around to the drive thru an mention it and the kid at the window brings me a bowl of Mac and cheese and says make them yourself. This place is HORRIBLE and has been for awhile. Get rid of it already and put something useful here.

Clean store very clean couldn't get extra crispy chicken though that sucked service was slow but they were short staffed crew was very friendly and the food was good just prefer the extra crispy over original but overall I think they did ok and I'd go here

So seriously. How low does your IQ need to be to not know the difference between a chicken tender and original recipe chicken. I drove 25 minutes out of my way to get dinner for my daughter and I tonight. Ordered a 8 piece chicken tender meal and received an 8 piece of original recipe slimmy as hell chicken. I get mistakes happen but seriously, there is a big difference between chicken tenders and original recipe chicken.
This place is horrible. The food was nasty. The tables and floor were covered in food and crumbs and dirt. The employees there were rude. Never going back there. Absolute filth all around.

Disgusted. My son’s ex works here and intentionally messed up my food because she recognized the name. When I called I was laughed at, cussed at, and hung up on. You can see in the pic what I got vs what I ordered. Notice the eaten chicken?! Gross! A complaint was filed with KFC!

This location clearly does not know how to read their receipts or their orders for the third time I've gone to this location and ordered an eight piece original recipe all dark to get home to discover that in fact, I have two breasts and two wings that go to waste because I don't have time to take the wrong items back I highly recommend a different KFC
