This location closes at 10pm. I got there at 9pm and they had absolutely nothing they could give me. No chicken tenders, no fries, no gravy, one famous bowl, no coleslaw and one pot pie. Its late and places are closing so I cant go somewhere else. I can't help my work schedule. This is absolutely ridiculous

It's been ages since I've been to KFC but decided to stop in at Dixie and Walton to take dinner home. The ladies in there were very nice,the store was clean. I live in Pontiac but I'll head to waterford for chicken.

I came here later on a Sunday night got busy in the day and needed something to eat. The lady working the drive through was absolutely amazing, hard to find people who are as nice and hard working as her. She informed me she was remaking my food because it wasn’t up to her standard of quality and told me where to wait. I just was amazed at the kindness she shed on us that seems to be lacking in this day and age.

I went through the drive-thru and was told to park in front to wait. Waited 20 minutes, went inside and was given a classic chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese. I ordered the spicy sandwich and french fries. I had to get back to work so I just left

I was so pleased with the service and VERY friendly and helpful people working tonight, December, 10 2024! It was very kind of them to take care of my online order that we received on time. We ended up eating it right there and got the plates and water right away. The food was very fresh and absolutely delicious! The tables and restrooms were clean. It made our day! Thank you! We really appreciate it!

In drive thru line for 30 minutes. Biscuit was undercooked and in pieces, the chicken tenders were so incredibly greasy and rubbery. The pepsi tasted strange. I had to throw it all out.
