Terrible...extremely slow service....had to wait several minutes for an order placed online...when I arrived to pickup, there was only one girl behind the counter manning the entire operation....the working environment was dirty and disgusting. Finally, the one girl that was actually working had to go to the back to summon 2 other employees, a male and a female, who were back there doing who knows what....another patron that was waiting on food said he'd been waiting for 40 minutes already for an $11 meal.

The people here are the absolute sweetest, this is not the closest location to me but I refuse else where. The customer service is always top tier and just refreshing! Please give these angels some raises, as a hiring manager myself I would do anything keep them around!

OMG I was horrified no gloves, hairnets. I watched several orders walked to parking lot by cook. No hands washed & talking on his cellphone the entire time. ServeSafe certified!!! I'm a retired Manager ServeSafe Chef. Better shape up B4 Ur locked up. We ate B4 I witnessed this, NEVER EVER GOING BACK.

I used to go to KFC as a kid often, and had very good memories of it, as I got older it has been a long time since I had been back, I finally decided to give it another try when I saw an advertisement for something cheap enough that I could afford, I purchased one of those bundles for $7, the chicken was clearly old and dried out partly and other parts were soggy from steamed and being microwaved mashed potatoes and have nearly enough gravy the drink machine all the drinks were warm the little pie thing that was inside had little flavor with stale and soggy at the same time, but the worst part is that this was during the summer one of the hottest days and they had no air conditioning at all they didn't even have fans going, there was only two people, an employee working both drive through and inside and a manager, they were working in the hot kitchen, bright red and covered needs of sweat and looking like they were going to pass out, the employee working both inside and drive through even suede and had to grab onto a shelf in order to keep herself steady, this is completely unacceptable to treat any human being this way, if KFC is unable to provide air conditioning or even a bare minimum of a couple fans it should not be open they should be closed until they get it repaired. Not to mention the food was terrible, stale and soggy.
And then after I tried to get in touch with KFC about the disgraceful situation, they never got back to me.

Not to mention I had just signed up for the rewards program thinking that I would be able to go more often before the situation, in the rewards program on sign up they give you a free bucket of chicken with the purchase of $15 or more, it had no listed expiration date, but a couple weeks later, when I was going to use it, I add it to my cart in my phone app and was ready to purchase when suddenly it vanished from my account, there was no listed expiration date, that it expired, or that it even existed, when I tried to get in touch with KFC about my free bucket of chicken missing, they refused to respond at all to the problem, they would not say that it had an expiration date and wasn't listed, they would not say that it was a glitch in their app or website, they didn't even apologize or say that they would even try to resolve the problem, they only wanted to blame a specific location on the situation, instead of taking responsibility for something going wrong in their app, the missing chicken offer from the app that was given to me for joining the rewards program going missing is a responsibility of KFC and their rewards program and app not a specific location which is usually owned by individual people and not the franchise itself.
Because they absolutely refuse to take any responsibility and making this situation right or apologizing I will never go back and never support them in any way.

I highly discourage going to KFC especially this location it is not worth it, we who would support them deserve better and deserved the respect that they refuse to give us.

This location should be shut down. They don’t have any staff, the place is disgusting inside, the staff they do have they run to the ground and they hate their job so the service is completely horrible not to mention the food.. go to a different location don’t even waste your 1 hour in a FAST food line.

From original chicken, I can feel oil burn flavor. And sticky texture from oil... it's filled my mouth :(
