Very disappointed. Was looking forward to trying the apple poppers so I finally got them today and they weren't even fried. They were cold. NO FLAKY CRUST! NO WARM DELICIOUS FILLING. I asked and he said it was baked early in the morning and dismissed me! Gross!

I had an error with my order and the staff member named Miguel rolled his eyes at me before redoing my order, I then overheard him make some kind of joke saying he will spit in my food. I am never going back this location, staff is a joke.

I just picked up a $50 order from there and I was going through the bag just to make sure everything was in there and then I asked the question about my order and then the drive-through person said well I don’t know I didn’t make the order very rudely would never go there again horrible customer service Food is great but their customer service is just ridiculous after I’m spending $50

I went through the app and ordered the free bucket and when I got to KFC they refused to gove me the free bucket or a refund to me because it was not on the ticket after I verified before paying for the order I will never ever come back to KFC

15 minutes for a chicken sandwich with no one in line? I doubt that’s how long they actually take to make.
Don't know why but the last 2 times I was there the chicken was extremely soggy. Maybe was made and sat to long? I love KFC but this location was not the better of those I have been to.
