Seems like every time I get KFC, the price goes, the service gets worse, and so does the food. Tonight cost me 54 dollars. The food was the worst KFC I've ever had, and they didn't give me the $3.50 bowl I ordered. Don't think I'll be back to this location or maybe KFC all together

The food is delicious, but it feels like kind of a rip off that they charge so much for such a small serving. I've heard the butter biscuits are dryer than the Sahara Desert. I like the idea and flavor of the chicken pizza, but the execution sucked. I would personally make pie shaped chicken pizza where the chicken is the pizza crust. Then just add marinara, and be generous with the mozzarella. Because it looks parmesan. The pepperoni could more crispy. And the chicken pizza needs seasoning, or a little heat. New food menu idea: BBQ chicken pizza.

Ordered online. Arrived at drive through at time food was to be ready. Was told that someone just picked up my food at counter. The manager argued I wasn’t right person. Then my food, which had already left the restaurant with wrong customer and was brought back was handed to me. I refused to take the “returned food”. Manager became upset and then threw that food in trash. I was told to go to parking lot and wait for food to be remade. Waited over 25 minutes then went in lobby. Was told by staff delay was that 2 employees were sick and in bathroom vomiting. The same employees that we just saw handling the food. By now lobby full of upset people requesting refunds as no one wanted the food prepared by sick employees. Was told they cannot provide refund in store for online orders. I called customer service number and was finally issued a refund.

I got a on line order I picked it up drove home they gave me the wrong order drove back there the manager told me to contact corporate. They can't do anythingI am not going to do the managers job she works there not meAll I wanted was my order nope ruined dinnerSo much for the customer comes firstThey need to train managers betterThis manager was terrible

Never Again Will I get food from this place! ordered $30 in food most of it was correct Except my chocolate cake was missing and I got a "smash bowl" not a famous bowl , called up there got an "im sorry" and got hung up on! Learn to be more professional or youll lose customers! Rude as Heck! you have lost mine, my friends and family as customers!

2/3 times I’ve gone they have run out of chicken… how is that even possible to run out of chicken when the restaurant name is Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. And if they are out of chicken how are the able to restock for their morning shift. I love LFC but this is just really disappointing.

Make sure you double check your order. I just moved to the area, and the two times I’ve gone to this location, they forgot food items. As expensive as it is here, I’d hope they can learn to give people everything they paid for. Just a heads up if you go to the Cooley lake road location.
