Can't even get a refund for biscuits that's crazy I paid for what I wanted bad service

I went here Saturday June 7th the food was good went back on the 8th around the same time it wasn't. My whole order was wrong then he wanted to argue with my fiancé about what we ordered when I had a receipt. I ordered a 6pc and a biscuit and he gave me a 4pc and 3 hard biscuits. when I was supposed to have 4 biscuits red beans and rice and a large mashed potatoes also those were watery. I spent $31 total and nothing was right I use to love coming here

2/13/25 8pm..Disappointed. A waste of time and money coming here. Greasy and salty chicken. The biscuits were hard; couldn't bite into them. Payed extra for sides and was not able to enjoy it... Better off going to popeyes down the block!

I was a fan at first but when I went back this time I had a bad experience. The food was not good. The biscuits were hard and I didn't asked for blue berry biscuits. Half of my food was cold and not fresh. I am disappointed and will not be going back. I should have went to Popeyes down the street. 39 dollars down the drain.

I had a bad experience with this location before I even had the chance to visit . When I called with a couple of simple questions about working hours and location since it is gas station based and they have various hours , the worker shockingly said, “I’m not going to answer more questions” and hung up on me. Super rude! If they can’t handle a phone call politely, I can’t imagine how poor the service must be in person. Don't waste your time! I went to another location in walled lake they are amazing.

10/1/2024 3:30pm. Me and my wife were door dashing and got an order here (as we usually do). My wife went inside and it was going to be a 9 minute wait; so surprisingly he asked if we wanted anything to eat for no charge while we wait. (obviously not to be expected). Very generous, plus everything looked and fresh and was hot; and it was only actually a 5minute wait, which made my customer happy. I appreciate it much, and we love delivering food for you guys.
