Recently every time I order bacon on my grocery pick up order, it's brown. Uncooked bacon should be pink. And the veggies are rarely really fresh. Or if they are, they'll only be fresh for like one day after I purchase them. Krogers commercials advertise that their staff picks out the freshest meats and produce to give to customers who place pick up orders, but I don't agree. It would be alright if it was only once but it's becoming worse and worse over the last few months.

Jay in the meat department was amazing. He stooped what he was doing and wrapped me up some ground pork because there was none on the shelf yet. I love this Kroger; I live in Lake Orion and drive to thus one. I was just at the Lake Orion Kroger yesterday and had to come to this one because I did not get everything i needed. My kroger never has anything in stock and none of the employees are friendly. I was told by management at the Lake Orion Kroger that they were having trouble getting wonton wrappers and that no Kroger had them. The gentleman in produce told me exactly where I could find; they were there, and there was a ton of them. I actually took pictures of what was not at my Kroger for my husband to see the Waterford Kroger was better.

It used to be that Kroger rotated their items, kept a clean and organized environment along with a full service deli. Not so much now. Deli is haphazardly open. Staff, specially one man, is not only slow but moody. I ordered American cheese. It was sliced and stacked on itself. I was unable to pull it apart. Again I went and asked for it to be separated. Each layer was four pieces of cheese, stuck together AGAIN! Shelves are in disarray. Items are not being rotated. I find at times the better expiration dates are in the front of almost expired product. Meats on clearance with no expiration date in site. I even asked at the butcher counter. They told me that if it was expired it would not be put out. I asked how would anybody know if no date is on the product. I received no answer. Let us talk about the pharmacy. It can take forever to get meds in house. I have been told they were filling more important prescriptions than mine-true! Never received a return call when I left a voicemail. Honestly it is rare anybody answers. Went in and was told they are to busy to listen to messages from customers and doctor's offices. The faces of the pharmacists change . I changed pharmacies and a new one refused to call to obtain my remaining prescription refills as they wait unbelievable lengths of time. This is from multiple visits where an incident seemed to happen on multiple different days. Typically I do not shop at the local competition, however, at this point I am DONE! Higher prices or not! I sent a complaint in to Kroger using their complaint format on their website. They have never made an effort to get back to me. Sad!

This store had a power outage and instead of giving food to people in need they threw it all into 4 to 5 dumpsters. Thats a store ran by scum bags if you ask me. I wont shop here ever again.

Always friendly staff. Most items are typically in stock. I've been shopping here for five years now and always pleased. Sometimes the super stores, like the one in white lake, can be overwhelming. So I can appreciated this this is really just a grocery store!

This store had a 5star PLUS rating until yesterday. Upon entering the building, I retrieved a cart and attempted to sanitize it for usage. The spray bottle was empty. I saw a Kroger employee whom I informed the bottle was empty could he get someone to refill it. He looked me dead in the rye and said, "you need to talk to someone in there. I'm on break. It's not my problem." And walked away from me.I stepped inside and asked the associates working self check-out. I asked for that guy's name and was told he was Troy. He's an older white gentleman with a very bad attitude, especially for an essential worker. If he didn't want to work, he should have stayed home instead of making people feel unwelcomed.
