DONT ORDER CARRYOUT. They apprently don’t give any drinks you order on carry out and make a big deal out of it when you request a refund for the money you spent on it. Too overpriced to deal with a headache over drinks. And before the business responds with something snarky like they do with all bad reviews, yes we ordered pickup via DoorDash, maybe if you don’t like the way DoorDash orders pop up, use a different service and don’t be rude to your customers.

Ordered a chopped salad and chicken kabobs the chicken was kinda burnt very dry flavorless not like I had at other leos I tried to get as much down as I could by putting tzatziki sauce on it but that was nasty too and I ordered this food through grubhub pickup the app told me my food was ready I still had to wait 10mins when I got inside

Pretty much the only restaurant in Waterford that you can walk into stand at the counter to order carry out and The staff stands there, looks at you and let you continue standing there without saying anything. not even so much as a hay will be with you in a minute sorry it’s taking so long not even acknowledging on there, but definitely looked at me. Another Waitress sitting at the table counting her money, looks at me several times but doesn’t bother to say anything. Doesn’t even bother to tell her coworkers that there’s a customer at the counter. Stellar customer service, won’t be spending any more money here.

I'm pretty sure the food i had caused my urgent intestinal issues about 15 minutes after I left the restaurant. The food tasted ok, but the ommellete, or butter on the toast or the hash browns didn't sit well with me.
My coney was good! Prices are reasonable and the server was attentive and pleasant.

I just spoke with the manager Joanna. Not only was my phone order not taken. But I waited 15minutes in store without being acknowledged at the front of the line. When I asked the 2nd person for help she told me she couldn’t help me and the cashier was too busy making milkshakes. When the cashier Finally came back she told me she doesn’t have my order I called to explain what happened the same cashier (wearing a black hoodie) refused to tell me her name. Told me she’d get a manager (Joanna) I could hear the cashier talking bad about me to Joanna. She said “you need to get this lady on the phone she’s being a ___” all Joanna said was “sorry about that she was stressed because it’s busy” you don’t get to demean customers because you made a mistake. I feel belittled.
All I wanted was my food. I used my lunch break dealing with this inappropriate and rude experience. And never got my food.
Never. Ever go here. Unless you want to be called out your name because no one ever took your order.

Called in order of hasbrown they were good different cut then what I'm used to. Can't judge to much. Didn't eat there or get much food.
After a half hour of waiting we were told our food ticket didn't print. They offered us 15% off which was great. Except when the food came the only hot was the fries. My chicken tasted and looked like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours and was disgusting. To top it off, the waitress was chewing her own food her mouth when she delivered ours to our table, and when I didn't touch mine she just said oh it wasn't good and offered nothing more. Will never return.

I was very surprised when I received Greek salad with chicken. They have cut the amount of chicken that they put in the salad by a third . Previously, my salad would be for 3 meals for me. But this time, the chicken was enough for 1 meal only. Lots of greens, though.

Like the other review stated, the customer service in here really sucks. The servers are barely attentive and act like they’re forced to be there. Ive gave this location chance after chance but this seems like it’s regular thing here for service to suck. Another thing is that we came when there were only 3 tables.. the place shouldn’t be so dirty when there’s TIME to clean instead of chatter near the back the entire time (speaking from a person who has been in the server industry for years).
