This is not a normal review that I would write. We try to support the local restaurants in the Waterford community. I just think that the bar staff and kitchen staff were not on their game this evening. After having to return to the restaurant to get the $ 10.00 piece of salmon that my wife ordered for her Caesar Salad. I was not offered anything for our troubles . Not even a freshly prepared piece of Salmon. I was given the 1 that was not placed in our carryout. Having forgot my phone on my return to the restaurant , I walk into my house to find that the Caesar Salad was Also missing Parmesan cheese. So basically it was lettuce. Not a good look on this visit .

I really love their food especially the fettuccine. The service is always good but the staff seems to always have a ton of tables to wait on. There is accessible parking but the women's bathroom doesn't truly have an accessible stall. The stall is wider but the it's not deep enough to shut the door if you're a wheelchair user. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star.
Wheelchair accessibility: Bar is a little tight to get through but the dining side has a lot more space. Accessible parking. Doors are heavy. Bathroom stall will not shut with a wheelchair inside; the depth of the stall is not big enough.
Great food. Just need to upgrade their POS systems to accept more forms of payment

Hadn't been here in awhile as we live an hour south of the Den. So it has become a destination. Was very pleased the fish and chips were as good as the past many visits.
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years and every time my family has gotten take out or dine in the den is our place to go. Well time passes and now it's just a few of us. Every time I come home to see my dad from Grand rapids the den is where we go and when I'm not home my dad orders from there. You might know my dad he is Charlie Harmon and everyone is so kind to him anytime. Thank you folks for taking care of him and my family so well for so many years. PS the super burrito rock's!
