Today is March 20 at 2 PM 2026! As a DoorDash or I stopped in here to grab a lunch special! As the lady Kim was taking my order because they didn’t already have any lunch specials made she kept veering off, staring at another coworker messing with the pinball machine instead of paying attention to putting my order into the POS system, this irritated me, making me feel that Kim was not paying attention to me, The customer. Then Kim and the other Caucasian female coworker kept arguing and bickering with me, sitting in the lobby, waiting on my lunch special to be made. Kim and the other female Caucasian woman were arguing so bad that Kim ended up putting my lunch special in the hotbox instead of handing it over to me for I am sitting in the lobby. I asked the other coworker if she could give me my food since Kim put it in the warmer instead of handing it to me. Then Kim came around after she heard me and said I was never in the building and that she put my pizza in the warmer to keep it warm. I told him you would’ve saw me if you wasn’t arguing with this coworker so much and was paying attention to your customers because I’ve been sitting in the lobby for over 15 minutes waiting on my pizza to be done.

Ordered at 6.45pm online. Said pickup time was 7.12 to 7.17pm. got to store at 7.15 and was told 4 orders ahead of me..the wait was 30min more...and that's why I order Dominoes. Cost a few bucks more but they get the job done alot faster. While waiting the phone kept ringing, assuming for people wanting to place orders, and they just repeatedly hung up the phone...laughed, cursed ..just so unprofessional..this is the Waterford location for review and I can only hope other locations perform better.....?? I mean a 5.00 1-topping is a good deal..the taste was just fine...but the overall experience needs a ton of work

Today 1/5/2026 at 2:34 pm I entered the store and was greeted by a very rude person. Their attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. There was also no food and none being cooked. I left with no food. Do better.

Asked if they had any pizzas up, got a look like “of course we do” (spoiler they don’t a lot of the time) this time she lied and said yes, grabbed it outta the box scanned it and immediately threw it away, grabbed the remaining pizza had a look on her face like “wow this one is old too” still took my money and handed me something that looks like it’s been sitting under a 7/11 heat lamp. I was outta time and had to go because I’m on my break at work so I had to eat that trash or nothing. Hot N Ready means yeah we made it this morning I guess

First of all, the employee working was super standoffish and didnt even great me after I said hello. Then, on my way out the door, I fell and dropped my pizza, this lady didn't even ask if I was okay. Unbelievable. Not the first bad interaction I've had here, but certainly my last. I'll be driving to Sashabaw

Manager was very rushy and had an attitude. Breadtsicks tasted stale and hard. The garlic cream cheese cup wasn't even half full. Would never recommend coming here. I work in pizza and this is not how pizza should be run especially at a big chain.
Don’t come here if you have anything more than a 20 dollar bill or they will deny you service. Unprofessional.

What is going on here? Y'all need different staff, and obviously pay them more. I've come in her multiple times with 1 employee, and it's busy. 45 min wait on a hot n ready?... Come on now, do better or sell it to someone who will, this place is a go to for a lot of people, for years, now they go other places. Employees so rude ALL the time.

Last couple times I’ve been here the pizza and bread are way undercooked. Same thing today. I’m really not a picky eater especially when it comes to pizza but I’m not sure how anyone would serve the pizza I have gotten from this place the last 2-3 times. Said last time I was here I wouldn’t ever go back buts it’s been a few months and it’s the closest store to my house so I decided to try it again. NEVER again. Just a waste of money. Not sure what happened this place used to actually care about the quality of pizza they serve, not anymore.
