Manager was very rushy and had an attitude. Breadtsicks tasted stale and hard. The garlic cream cheese cup wasn't even half full. Would never recommend coming here. I work in pizza and this is not how pizza should be run especially at a big chain.

What is going on here? Y'all need different staff, and obviously pay them more. I've come in her multiple times with 1 employee, and it's busy. 45 min wait on a hot n ready?... Come on now, do better or sell it to someone who will, this place is a go to for a lot of people, for years, now they go other places. Employees so rude ALL the time.

Last couple times I’ve been here the pizza and bread are way undercooked. Same thing today. I’m really not a picky eater especially when it comes to pizza but I’m not sure how anyone would serve the pizza I have gotten from this place the last 2-3 times. Said last time I was here I wouldn’t ever go back buts it’s been a few months and it’s the closest store to my house so I decided to try it again. NEVER again. Just a waste of money. Not sure what happened this place used to actually care about the quality of pizza they serve, not anymore.

Worst customer service ever the big lady at the front with the big boil growing off the side of her face is rude and unprofessional my meal was 32 and some change and I went to hand her a 50 and she got smart about that then I asked to put my sauce on the side for my wings and made a big deal about that then I asked for a bag because I had two drinks wings and bread with sauces and she then just grabbed a bag and left it on there and walked away yelling through the store to were my kid asked if everything was ok

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza came out raw and chewy. Pizza fell apart when I grabbed a slice

Two employees were smoking out of a van outside the front entrance when I was waiting for my food and then a third came out for a cigarette next the to front door all while working. Once I walked up one walked over from the van and let me in. They then proceeded to forget my dip twice. Not really sure where the manager was, but that’s crazy.

Went in to purchase a cheese, hot and ready at 12:15 in the afternoon was greeted about a minute after I walked in said they would help me soon waited five minutes never got helped. A couple gentlemen walked in after me every time the bell rang for the door and employee in the back made a grunting noise and said God like they were annoyed that somebody was in there. I eventually walked out due to not getting any help. They should really be aware when customers are inside to keep their voices down.

Came in today to try the new cheese steak crazy puffs. With a nasty attitude with the employee informed me they don’t have any because they had not completed the prep yet, it’s almost 12 in the afternoon. Absolutely ridiculous and I have a nasty attitude about it is even more ridiculous. Never come to this establishment.
