We went in at 10:15 to pick up our pre-ordered pizza (they're open until 11pm). The lady that was working was in her car smoking when we pulled up and she went in before we did. She didn't stop to wash her hands or greet us, just started making pizzas. We got our stuff from the portal, but wanted cream cheese dip. We waited a few minutes until she was done, but instead she yelled up from the back "I only have 2 more orders and I'm done for the night" to which I said I just wanted a cream cheese dip, and she rudely dismissed us with "I don't have any cream cheese dip." We've had problems with the same lady before with not being greeted and having an attitude, waiting to be helped, and just overall poor customer service. Now I'm also worried about her hygiene and overall health/safety of eating from here if she can't wash her hands after a break, let alone after smoking. I'm not sure if she's the manager or what, but I think we'll start going to a different location or maybe spend the extra money at a different chain.

I ordered 2 Hot n Reads’s around 1pm and they were underbaked, one of them was flat and stuck to the box. On my way home to return the pizza at around 5pm they told me Little Caesar’s can’t afford to replace my pizza. I’ve worked at a location before and it would have to be very lazy or purposefully made wrong so I hope the company can consider proper training or wages. And the increase in price from $5 I should be able to replace my pie.

There were no hot and ready pizzas ready. While waiting for my order to be made I watched the manager cough into her hands and not wash them while continuing to touch food for customers. The staff was also rude and not wanting to be making food 2 hours before closing. It was a horrible experience.

Stay far away from this location. The woman running it doesn't care at all about the product or how she is with customers. She's very rude and acts like she has no idea what's going on there. Screws up our order after I ordered it on the app. It's like they purposely messed it up. This location used to be great a while back. This is the second time too. I should have known better. How sad.

Ordered pizza with breadsticks and had it delivered. They used DoorDash as their delivery company, like most places. Pizza was delivered and looked disgusting. The crazy bread has no cheese on it. We were missing ALL of the extra sauces that were paid for along with the crazy sauce that’s supposed to come with the crazy bread. Called the store and was placed on hold. I was on hold for so long I was able to drive all the way back to the store for the sauces, completely defeating the purpose of delivery. Once inside, I explained my situation. No remorse from staff. I was told “you can grab your stuff from there” with a finger point to the sauces… Save your money and go to a different Little Caesars. This place is garbage.

I sent my daughter in for a hot and ready tonight (she loves the sense of independence) & while I stayed in the car with my youngest daughter - the guy working was so sweet and sent my daughter out with 2 bags of cookies and she said he joked with her when she asked for hot pepper flakes (for mom) and joked with her about them being spicy! Thanks for making my girls night with the cookies and for being so sweet & friendly!! ?
They NEVER answer the phone! It's ridiculous. And when they do, it's like an inconvenience you called in.

This location used to be decent. Not as much now. Used this place when we were in a pinch and needed to feed a few people. We all know Little Caesars is less than quality pizza, but when you leave paper on the pizza under the cheese and we bite into it, that's just gross. Not to mention all the sauce you use on the pizzas. Go anywhere, but Little Caesars. Heck, Happy's Pizza down Dixie is way better and you can get it for the same price as Little Caesars now.

Ownership needs to hire more people to work at this store. Today I went in to order a hot and ready and the guy working told me he couldn’t take any more orders for the day!
