Went to get my FREE order because of the butt scratcher lady incident at Walton/Dixie location. Not very friendly and was told it'll be 10-15 min wait. Ok so we wait.. 40 MINUTES for a hot and ready and a Italian cheese bread. What a Joke! Also, to the kid at the front counter with the stoner hat. probably don't come to work stoned out of your mind either.

No one was available when I got there. All I got was bread sticks and they were made horribly. Burnt, flat and in pieces. Didn’t notice til I went to eat them at work. I was on my lunch break and wanted to grab something really quick. Very disappointed.

Young man answering the phone is completely unprofessional and rude patronizes customers for calling to complain about an incorrect order workers inside dont seem to care about customers and let them stand in the lobby un acknowledged for over 20 minutes forgetful and un motivated workers girl with the nose ring rude and unprofessional

The driver did not speak English and when I called the store they said the manager was too busy to deal with me and I would have to complain on the app. Personally I think if you can't get an order correct and you can't speak English you should probably be fired....

I ordered a pizza and cheese bread with a container of pizza sauce on their website, waited a half hour for them to make it. When I took it home and my family sat down to have dinner we noticed we did not get the container we of pizza sauce. I called to get refund. They said no I’d have to come back the ashes and I said no my family is eating now I’m not leaving yo come back don’t sauce these be done eating before I got back . They said they would put my name on a list to get a free dip next time I come in. We don’t eat out very often. I want my money back
Gigi r. was our cashier. She had her face pressed into the bar to the right of the register while taking our order with her eyes closed. No lie, we had to repeat our order THREE times. She then clicked buttons on the register for 3 straight minutes before ringing us up. It was the most painful ordering experience I’ve ever had. Makes me not want to come back.
