I ordered from this Marco's a couple of times months ago, and both times they messed up my order—forgot pizza toppings, left out dressing, and the service and food quality weren’t great either.
Anyway, a “manager” called me a couple of weeks ago asking why I hadn’t been back. I told him the truth, and he offered me a free large pizza and salad to win me back, saying I just needed to provide my phone number when ordering. I thought that was a nice gesture and decided to take him up on it yesterday—for a cozy early-summer pizza night with my girlfriend.
Unfortunately, when I called in, the employee I spoke to said there was no note or offer on file. So I declined to place the order and went to another pizza place instead (Guido’s—delicious, by the way). The employee did offer a discount, which was kind, but that’s not what motivated me to give Marco’s another shot in the first place.
Overall, it ended up being a waste of time and just created some unnecessary awkwardness. I do like Marco’s in general, but I wouldn’t recommend this location.

It's a regular pizza joint with consistently good pizza for a regular pizza joint price.

It has been awhile since we have had Marco's and it used to be amazing, not so much anymore.
We ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas -- one with ham and pineapple and the other with two types of pepperoni. The ham and pineapple was ordered with white sauce - it had NO sauce on it at all. What let down. The pepperoni was ordered with the normal pizza sauce, which was good. It was a little well done, but that was fine. Both pizzas were very limited on the toppings as well.
There are MUCH better pizza places in the area. We will skip Marco's next time.

First time and pizza was so good, but most of all very impressed with Jayden who took my order. Very mature, knowledgeable, and sweet guy. You just don't get good help like that anymore. The few guys I saw working were all really nice. Thanks Again

Been going here for years. Won't be going again anytime soon after finding out the new amount of breadsticks we receive is five instead of EIGHT/TEN. I'm NOT paying $6 for BREAD.
Either lower the price, or increase the portion. Absolutely ridiculous.
Also give Nathe some recognition. He's a great worker!!
The pizzas we got were great! I love the shredded pepperoni and the chicken was very good, it even tasted like it might have been marinated. The crust was very tasty, as well.
Dietary restrictions: We haven't tried it yet, but they do have Cauliflower Crust available, for a gluten-free option.

Just wanted a pizza , waited 40 minutes as a walk when gentleman told me 15 minutes!! After 40 minutes still no pizza got my money back and left horrible service .WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN WHICH SUCKS BECAUSE WE LOVE MARCOS PIZZA OH

It was late at night and nothing much was open hubby found marcos I ordered a chicken salad sandwich It arrived in a timely manner and when I opened it up there was a little container full of fresh lettuce safely tucked away from the hot sandwich I said what a nice thought! I put the fresh lettuce on my sandwich and took my first bite the bread was very nice everything tasted so fresh it was so amazing the sandwich was smaller than I expected but it was so filling!
(before we ordered from Marcos----- I got a generic burger from a generic burger place IT was wet sloppy and discussing!)
Thank you Marcos for coming to the rescue!
I would just like to say to the team at Marcos, Thank you ever so much for being open, Thank you for making a fresh well thought of sandwich and thank you to the delivery man!
