DO NOT go here. I returned bread that was delivered to me with hair in it. The manager was very rude. He opened the box of bread and wanted me to explain to him what was wrong with it. He proceeded to argue with me and raise his voice. I NEVER got a refund after returning the pizza. Have talked to multiple staff members including the owner and still haven’t got a refund returned to my card. Run from this place. Experienced racism at an all time high

I am from Muffler Man on Cooley Lake Rd. We do pizza lunch for the shop weekly. That said, we usually use a competitor, but today tried Marcos on Cooley. Order was quick and on-time, food was fantastic, and everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Well done, Marcos! Using this location you won’t be disappointed. (Looks like we may have a new go-to for our shop lunches.) Thank you guys!!

Staff was great the worker at the counter helped me and let me know that there was specials going on.... Pizza was HOT AND FRESH how ever I didn't care for the crust just not a fan of it other than that I appreciate the staff.....

Recently placed a $125 order for 8 people. Picked up the order within 5 minutes of expected time. Good temps. Good food. Every variant boxed/wrapped individually. This is the service we've come to expect here. Best place to cater.
We love Marco's, but sometimes it's just hit or miss as to whether or not the pizza & bread are good. I did get an Italian sub, which was fantastic.

I ordered from this Marco's a couple of times months ago, and both times they messed up my order—forgot pizza toppings, left out dressing, and the service and food quality weren’t great either.
Anyway, a “manager” called me a couple of weeks ago asking why I hadn’t been back. I told him the truth, and he offered me a free large pizza and salad to win me back, saying I just needed to provide my phone number when ordering. I thought that was a nice gesture and decided to take him up on it yesterday—for a cozy early-summer pizza night with my girlfriend.
Unfortunately, when I called in, the employee I spoke to said there was no note or offer on file. So I declined to place the order and went to another pizza place instead (Guido’s—delicious, by the way). The employee did offer a discount, which was kind, but that’s not what motivated me to give Marco’s another shot in the first place.
Overall, it ended up being a waste of time and just created some unnecessary awkwardness. I do like Marco’s in general, but I wouldn’t recommend this location.
