Well I went to McDonald's today. February, the 11th at 8:54 in the morning. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a lot of carmo frappe. I asked for the sausage biscuits to be from the middle of the tray. As they were for a senior citizen that I take care of that has no teeth. When the girl give me the bag, the biscuits will brick hard except for the middle, and that means he has the waste 90% of the biscuit because you can't eat it. So I asked her if she could remake them and give me soft biscuits from the middle of the tray, the girl once again bring the biscuits to the car and she was very rude about it and she did not give me biscuits that were soft.She brought me the same biscuits back to the car again.So now my senior citizen has to waste ninety percent of the biscuit just to be able to get the soft part of the biscuit and that's ridiculous.When the prices of food are scoring high, he should be able to enjoy his entire biscuit, not just the middle of it, because everything else is hard half of the hardness.On the top have hard on the bottom.So with that being said, I give them a big, fat zero when it comes to the breakfast and the phone there just rings all day yiu can not get thought so in the he'll can you complain that the food is wrong I will call the top people about this if not fixed

Horrible service. No one speaks English or knows what is going on. Worse McDonald’s around. Very rude. Used my points on two separate occasions and they took my points said they didn’t and wouldn’t fix the situation when my app shows my points were used. They have thief’s working there.

I had to get out of my car to get my food from the drive through. The girls there were waiting till 5 orders were ready before coming out to give them. Instead of going when the first one was done. Not cool. I get it's cold but that's not great service.

Constantly forget items at this locations always check your bag before leaving sauces for nuggets 9/10 times won’t be there or missing whole items.

THIS visit however, food (especially the fries 🍟) came out super hot. The two employees in drive-thru were friendly.

I really want to give. 5 stars on every because I feel great and I know we are all out here trying and doing our best . We appreciate the inside play house this was the main attraction and the ice cream was great.?
I took the kids for a play date . They wanted mixed mcflurries. We had to practically beg for napkins . It gave racist vibes. The entire environment/ energy gave racist vibes. The drive thru was light and the inside was hella light. It was very quiet. My 2 kids one is black and one is white .
I am black. My money is green and we only wanted ice cream I don't feed my children McDonald's at all. We buy the toys . It's like they wanted us to feel uncomfortable. We felt great and we still feel great . I just drove somewhere else and got a banana split. We love all people even the deaf community. I haven't been working on my Asl lately so I do apologize if the entire staff is hard of hearing. Accept one beautiful young lady that gave us great service. She also seemed uncomfortable maybe corporate needs to check on her and give her a raise.
Service was great with her very polite. I just forgot to ask for napkins before she went to the back and after that it took me almost 10 minutes to get napkins. I'm looking at these people looking at me asking for napkins and there's a stack right there. As a mother I wanted to walk back there and get them myself because where is the manager and I'm not about to have my kids entire ice cream melt because y'all on that bs.
If you wanna be a gamer stay at home and live stream you'll earn more doing what you actually love.

Gave my food to wrong car then Gave me the wrong food, I went in and so did the other car to complain they tried switching the order and gave back me and other customer refused and told them to remake it most of the employees can't even speak English, we tried to explain just to be stopped because they don't understand our foreign English language , what standards does McDonald's have these days never ever going back to miccrappydonolds.

They are over priced from pretty much every other location nearby & they skim where they can like fries half full or 2 cookies while paying the price of 3. It’s highway robbery & McDonald’s corporation should do something to regulate these franchises from price hike ups. Not to mention service is terrible manager is rude & the customer is never right at this location even when they mess up your order they will try & act like they didnt
