Easily the most curt and disrespectful I've ever had anyone be in a drive through ever.
Since when is "Hi.Order." How you greet someone at a drive-through?
Incompetence at an all time high.
I try to be reasonable and understand that places are short staffed, but I was not happy with my experience. Ordered a Big Mac and Quarter Pounder with Cheese (buy 1, get one for $1), and small fry. Only received the Quarter Pounder and order of fries. Politely informed them I was missing a sandwich.
I was told that they’d already rung up the transaction and that’s what’s on the ticket so “there’s nothing we can do.” Sorry, what? I would’ve been willing to...read full review
Service is going downhill. Yeah the food is fast but it’s not right. Wrong sizes, bad attitudes missing items. Not worth it. Just hit up the next FF joint.
Paid 5.00 for a medium iced coffee and got a really small one. Couldn’t make my sandwich a meal with the coffee? They don’t gaf just get you through their line.

It can be hard to get an employee to ring you up at the register, with staff seeming to focus too much on the drive-thru. However, one customer had a great experience thanks to Donicia, who was very attentive and kind, bringing multiple orders to their table during a busy breakfast rush. They have a pleasant experience and find the staff to be professional and positive.
